No delivery at all. They will just keep postponing you and then cancel your order.. I don't know why would a company let people order from their application, only to tell them afterwards that they don't have stock!!! I have tried many E-commerce applications in the UAE, but for sure this experience is the worst ever.. Of you want to buy anything, never ever think about buying it from noon..

I supposed to received my shipment two days ago, but unfortunately as of today I received nothing except promise after promise and the attitude of the the driver was really bad and they are layers . So we are not satisfy at all with the services and even we talked with the customer services hot line but no benefit or any action been taken . We really not recommend their services at all .

The worst experience i have ever faced in my life ,the first day they canceled the delivery and second day they changed the delivery time 7 times, terrible customer service, disaster management, dont never use Noon

Delayed delivery and worst service and please not recommended. it is seriously annoying . Now almost 4 days am calling 2 to 3 times daily basis but no respond and still i didn't receive my order

I am very disappointed , and feel robbed by such a big company. I purchased a mobile and was promised delivery following day, and it's now more than 24 hours, with no one giving me any feedback on my purchase. Everyone please be careful with where u r purchasing. let's go back to trusted websites

i have ordered a shipment on 13th of May 2019,and as per the schedule and confirmation it was supposed to be delivered on 14th (the next day) on 15th when i called them regarding the delivery time they replied it will be delivered within another 24 hours,as the shipment is still in there warehouse without any reason.its my first order from noon,and indeed it will be the last,i will never suggest anybody for Noon.com

Horrible experience in every possible way! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered from them as they advertised my parcel will be received on 11th May (2 days from delivery date). My parcel just arrived now (14th May) and it's NOT WORKING. On top of this, the blender I ordered seems to be a second hand product, as the number 3 on the speed dial was handwrite with a permanent marker!!! They not only sell defective products but also second hand products! Customer service is extremely poor! The staff made it seem like my complaint was a joke and they weren't sencere at all. Again, I urge you NOT to order from them as this company is a complete disappointment that will only upset you.

Very bad service, i order one item and they confirmed delivery on 11th of may even they debited amount from my account today is April 14th i didn't receive my delivery , when i spoke with customer care they are saying This product is not available. This Noon is playing with people??

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I did not request the delivery date of my order to be rescheduled yet they are sending me messages that they will reschedule as per my request. The customer support doesn't even know how to answer either.

Oh! These people they misuse your contact details and now my phone detected that they are misusing the permissions given to app before installing it. Someone has been trying to access my mobiles camera from noon.com. Its a damn breach of trust and privacy. Please uninstall the app and block these stupid people ASAP.

Yes i have received last three days product deliver on today. Until now i am not received the item. i have given call to customer care they replies 48 hours. it's so funny to keep customer on hold.

The worst shopping online experience I ever had all my entire life in uae Is it logic to buy expired make up and default mobile phone and some 30 April till today day 08 may no single human being appear and pick up the mobile for only reason that I didn’t remove I cloud 3 attempts and trials I did to remove and then send picture through watsapp and then no one communicate with us and update us I’m really fitup and I would like my message to rich to Mr Mohammed Alabbar ceo of. Noun so he should see what customer service he recruit in his company

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Today, after more than two weeks I have received the call from them saying my order has been cancelled as the product I bought was unavailable. They asked me whether I prefer the refund to be credited towards my debit card or as a Noon wallet. Even though I preferred my debit card, they credited the refund in my Noon wallet. When I complain, they told me that it might take 14 to 30 working days to refund the money on my account. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Dear Friends dont buy from any items in noon .com cheating customers planing to sale different item witch we are not ode rd same online . and main thing money refund is to late . your website is very poor . not genuine web site . if the item is not available dont upload it we waste our time and lots off troubles with late bank refund . and also we missed to buy from other website . im goint put bad feed about your website sure in social media . at least is that item is not available your team has to call me within one or two days . really sad about your noon store . im not going to buy anything in future i will post this in all social media sorry for that . thank you .................

I had ordered a dishwasher from Noon.com on 25th April, the delivery happened on 30th April. To my surprise, after the delivery no one from Noon.com contacted me for any installation. After 2 days, I called them back and they said Noon.com does not take responsibility about installation and it is the buyers responsibility. On 3rd May, I contacted noon.com and the following was the reply from them" "Hello dear, Kindly confirm that the seller can send a team to install/assemble the item for AED 100 (cash). Kindly acknowledge a cash payment of AED 100 to the technician should be paid. Once payment is done and installation/assembling is successful, you need to share the invoice (if available) and we will refund you, dear, the full amount been paid via noon wallet ONLY. Kindly confirm to arrange a date and proceed with the query." I was surprised at their inconvenient procedure where they force you to buy again from noon.com through a credit to noon wallet. Later I had to call up Siemens customer care who mentioned that the procedure that noon is following is not as per siemens who do not charge anything for installation. The top cover was also found broken after opening the packaging. I did not have patience to deal with noon again so I contacted Siemens directly who were more than happy to solve the issue. Guys, this is the most inconvenient website to order anything in the UAE and I am never going to buy anything from here in future. After delivery, they don't bother at all about the customer. Worst service ever.

Ordered 3 days ago 4 am. Supposed to delivered on 4th of May. However till date no confirmation. I have tried to talk thier customer services with WhatsApp, Facebook and via call, you just get to hear that we are doing our best have some patience. Have some patience and for the fact the don't even know what's going on.

Had purchased a kids bike 16''. Should say that it was a cheapest quality one. Just within purchase of 15 days i had to replace the peddles, the handle of the cycle just came out, literally had to shell out half the price of bike in repairing it. Never expected that !! Would'nt recommend or purchase anything further on Noon.
