If there is an option to give a NEGATIVE rating i would have done so. back story: I ordered several items on the 29th of Nov with the aim to use it for my hubby's bday. Here are the issues: 1. I ordered black/white/gold balloons, noon's supplier sent me Metallic Pink 2. I ordered frosted black goblet, which was supposed to arrive on the 7th of Dec. (Item did not arrived) and still haven't as of writing. 3. Since I ordered several items, I made sure that I placed my request early to make sure that the items are going to make it for my hubby's bday. As early as 30th Nov, all my items were shipped from the suppliers end except for the black goblets. I immediately made a follow up as 2 of the items that were shipped were from the same supplier so it doesn't make sense that those two were shipped and the black goblets were not. The agent who answered my query informed me that there were no problems with the supplies and that I will get my items at the lastest 7th Dec 4. 6th December I have received all my items apart from the black goblets, so I sent an email and communicated by chat. A complaint was raised and I was advised that I will be contacted within 48hrs. Please take note that from my noon account the status of this item still says processing til this day (9th December) 5. Came 8th December, 48hrs after noon claimed that they will provide me with an update. No calls, no email was recieved from them, I had to be the one to initiate the chat just to get an answer from them. Now this is where it got interesting, the agent on the chat told me to wait for 48hrs and someone will contact me (Seriously? 8th of December was my dinner with fam for my hubby's bday) apart from not getting the goblet, no communication at all from noon, the agent wanted me to wait another 48hrs to get an update? 6. The agent then told me that they escalated my concern and that I will be contacted within the next 4-6hrs. (Take note that it's already 9th of December now and the entire day of the 8th passed by, this 4-6hrs call did not arrived. 7. If the above information did not made you feel upset, this one will. I checked my email after my chat with the noon agent (I received 2 emails from noon FIRST email stating they have been trying to contact me but they were unable to do so---I checked my missed call list for the day I have NONE from NOON, SECOND email that I have recieved said that the have decided to cancel my order. WOW) yes, you read it correctly, the item whom noon claimed had no supply issue was cancelled. 8. Please take note that every single thing that NOON agents said never happened. No calls, no email update, no follow ups. *I have all emails, chat and phone record as proof *Your customers does not deserve to be lied to and treated like this, sometimes all you have to do is to be DIRECT and HONEST so your clients can still do some contigency for the items that they may actually need on the day promised.

Noon is such a big company and service is relatively poor. I made purchases thrice and every time they sent me the wrong product. And returning the product is just your time waste every time blocking your payment for 14 days. There is no action taken from noon on sellers and hence sellers are free to sell any wrong item and cheat people. Everyone out there buying from noon think twice investing your money.

Noon is such a big company and service is relatively poor. I made purchases thrice and every time they sent me the wrong product. And returning the product is just your time waste every time blocking your payment for 14 days. My order number : NAECB0048416657-S1 I raised a complaint with the call center, and have got no reply since then. Its been over 2 weeks that this item is still showing in the logistics warehouse ready to deliver. This is a very bad service and not responding makes it even more painful. Would think twice before shopping on Noon next time.

Noon has been responding very late and has still not refunded my hard earned money I have transferred the money from noon credits to my bank account but still I have not received it its taking a lot of time for the refund to process they are just holding back our money for no reason and keeping it with them for months without any kind of responsibility towards it.I would suggest all of my friends and relatives to never buy anything from noon and never expect any return for noon as it takes a lot of time and there is no guarantee whether we will get it or not.

Bought an Apple iPhone 7 for my daughter. After 3 weeks the battery started to die and it wasn’t operating correctly. I took it to the Apple store and they confirmed by the serial number that the phone was registered over 3 years ago!! They refused to change the battery as it was 2 years out of warranty. Basically an old reconditioned phone with dead battery. Noon said I have to send it back to them and it can take 21 working days!!! Never again will I touch noon, the response from customer service was the usual pre-scripted reply. How can anybody seriously expect to wait over one month for a battery change when the Apple store would change it within an hour had the phone been new as stated. Noon is ok for basic stuff but never touch anything electrical!!

I ordered from Noon many times. One of the things I bought was an IPad. I checked the legitimacy of the IPad by processing its serial number at the Apple Store. The product is in fact genuine. Therefore, I don’t believe that they sell fake products (as some claim). I can’t speak for other people, or their experiences though. My only issue is that I once had a not so great customer service experience.

Noon has the worst customer service. I've had 3 orders cancelled by them without even my approval! And from the same company - eXtra! It seems like they cannot held eXtra accountable for posting items that are no longer available. Just yesterday I reordered an item that I already ordered last week because they cancelled it claiming that it isn't available anymore. Why was I able to reorder it if it isn't available anymore? But I'm guessing, they will cancel this again for the same reason - out of stock! You are basically accepting the fact that you posted an item that isn't available. You made a mistake posting those items. For other companies, they will either replace the item with an equivalent item or better regardless of the price difference. That is accountability. You made a mistake, be a man, admit your mistake and be accountable. But with your company, you just cancel the order outright! Without even getting the approval of the buyer! We had a contract. You posted an item, I bought it with my money, and you have to deliver. If you can't deliver, it's your fault! Not the buyer's! If the customer agrees that you cancel it, then go for it. If he doesn't, you have to replace it. Replacement is one thing that Amazon has and you don't. That is why they are better than you. If you want to improve, match the international customer care standards. You're procedures need to improve and your customer care department needs to be retrained.

I ordered two birkenstock sandals from noon a week back and suddenly I recieved the package after the week with wrong items and colour of my sandals. Was getting this in retail outlets immediately in sale but booked from noon and had to face this issue. order number (NAECB0008580329) is showing colour as green as I booked but unfortunately received both blue colour sandals. It’s hard to put a star rating for my experience with noon because when I reached out to their CEO, Faraz Khalid. He personally replied to me and managed my case until resolution. The first issue when I ordered 3 items. I received only 1 correct item but I received another item instead of the other 2 that I actually ordered. I returned the incorrect items and ordered again. Surprisingly the delivery guy came to my building door downstairs and asked me to go down and pick up the order. I told him please come up to the 2nd floor as I have a sick kid that I cannot leave unattended. He rejected and decided to leave and cancel my order. When I reached out to customer service they told me that delivery guys aren’t allowed to get into buildings. I checked online and found out that this is applicable only to Government buildings and not residential. Finally I decided to email Faraz Khalid and he immediately replied to me and looped in the concerned SVP. They handled the case perfectly but after a CEO level escalation. What is more surprising is that the 2nd delivery guy even after such escalation asked me to go down and pick my order, I rejected but he finally came up and delivered the order to my door. Bottom line is, Noon as a company is awesome. However they need to be careful with selecting delivery couriers because this is the only customer facing factor in the entire shopping experience. Noon maybe doing wonderful on their supply chain but the most important aspect is the customer facing personnel. Thanks to Faraz Khalid, CEO and to Omar from the CEO office. I hope you work on enhancing such trivial issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. Happy customer with a genuine feedback. Regards, Mohamed

Very very bad experience in delivery. No use in follow ups, but very good in giving fake promises. better use another platform for purchases. Totally disappointed with the service.

One store name flip trading is sending the wrong item and cheating the costumer.. Instead they will send cheaper items not same with what they are posting..

Noon really they don't know anything ... I did not receive my order as promised on Dec 1 then Dec 2 I raised complaint and even I cancelled in evening ...their associate in customer service told wait for tomorrow schedule on Dec 3 2020 and house arrested me till 4 pm after that I called them they said their complaints team will call and at 8 pm I received a call from noon Saudi +966 11 829 7595 a lady spoke in broken English and told she will cancel and it will take 24-48 hrs to get notified ...an exceptional company ...a cancellation confirmation customer will get after 48 hrs Then circus started today with same +966 11 829 7595 lady calling and telling me your item is out for delivery and will be delivered if not request for cancellation again ...wow what a team there is no sync between their departments... I called 8003888 again they said shipment company mistake when they call you tell order is cancelled so that system it will cancelled and refunded ...I think by 2022 they will refund my 140 aed Woooow what a company for e-commerce ....hats off to their departments and process No one has clue about their express and shipments Sheer luck of you receive shipments on time Rest all process is your nightmare Order no Hala! To all people here in UAE, NEVER TRUST THIS ONLINE SHOP CALLED “NOON”. They’re scamming people. I will share my horrible experience in this online shop. I bought a xiaomi m365 pro for 1,545/- aed last October 28, 2020 and now the scooter has a problem I called December 2,2020 for warranty claim, they have a very RUDE warranty claims department ever. And guess what?! The scooter DOESN’T HAVE A WARRANTY! The girl I spoke in warranty said DON’T LOOK IN THE WEBSITE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS LOOK FOR YOUR INVOICE! I said wow habibti the invoice saying it’s sold by NOON and the name who took my money was NOON, the website saying ALL THE ITEMS COVERED BY WARRANTY ARE FREE SHIPPING. And in Just ONE MONTH length the product your selling has a defect and I buy this from NOON FLAT FORM not in other seller or partner they have, so if there’s a problem I will contact NOON. Right? In the app they said it’s original it’s brand new. But then again they’re selling FAKE items. Even the day to day or 1-10 here has a warranty claims. And this I bought for 1,545/- aed and NO WARRANTY!!! HARRAM REALLY! When I asked my refund they said it will took 15days. Ohhhh wow for money, NOON has a RULES hands up NOON what a good strategy! but when the product they sell has a problem they’re out of it. This is totally HARRAM. My first and last purchase on noon Com Worst and night mare experience Even for getting cancellation and refund it takes lot of time Don't know whether concerned noon management will retrospect Out of their 100 orders I could see 80% negative reviews on delivery and customer service I my self today landed into that 80% of negative ones Night mare experience still to wait for another half a month to get my valued money back
