I had a very bad experience with Noon towards the orders which I have placed for Cat food. My order has got canceled twice due to non-availability of product and refund amount which has received is less in noon credit. They dont even bother to inform that the order got canceled until i call for my order status.

Worst online shopping. Its been 11 days I place an order on Noon until now I didnt received my item and its already paid. Customer service cannot help just keep telling wait for 24 hours for an update, the delivery driver will call. Driver liar just yesterday he told me today will deliver my item but when I called he said my item not with. Worst I will never ever order to noon again.

Worst service. Its been 11 days since I order but until now I didnt received my item. I keep on calling customer service, but he was answering me will give you an update within 24 hours. Even delivery driver keep telling tom will deliver but when days comes he will tell item not with him. I want to cancel but customer keep telling wait for 24 hours. They are all liar, i will never order to noon ever again. I order in to noon bec its written there they will deliver next day but its been 11 days. Worst...

very very very very horrible service.I ordered 2 times the same item first time they they send different size and when i reordered they told the offer is over i cannot get it.Second time they cancelled my item when the item was supposed to be delivered.Very bad service for customers.All remaining items were damaged which i received.Tired of returning and communicating with these peoples.

There is no coordination between the teams. I requested for a return service, and even after returning the item there was a delivery staff coming to my house everyday. Call center staff is also not helpful, they promise to call back in 24-48 hours and it never happens. Never using Noon ever again!

I ordered on 29 May. Now 10 June, but nothing has been delivered yet. I keep on receiving emails claiming that goods are shipped, but nothing arrives. When I call customer service (who are actually pretty good), they tell me to wait 48 hours for an update. I've tried to cancel the order, but to no avail. My advice - don't pay upfront.

WORST place to order from, literally by far the worst online purchasing experience in my life. The order was never delivered, not even confirmed ! I had to reach customer service several times and all I got was 'the concerned team are working on it' for days ! After wasting a lot of time on trying to reachthem and get an update on what is happening, they cancelled the order, but my money is still blocked with them and again 'the concerned team' are working on it and it should take 14-30 days ! This was a gift and it was all ruined and now 4000 AED are blocked with them until God knows when. If you care about your time and money DO NOT order from them !!!!!

In the past, I purchased 6 different goods. only two of them were good but one was broken, two were not working and the last one was a different design. am not happy.

if there were (-) stars, I would give what they deserve. This is a completely untrusted website. They simply don't have what they advertise, so better not to waste your time to place orders, make payments and then wait for a delivery that will never happen and refund that takes time. above all of this, they don't have sellers reviews...completely unreliable with 0 credibility

I have ordered for an Apple AirPods with Noon. With in 6 days It is not working. They are selling very low quality of products. I have requested for replacement. Never ever buy from Noon. Especially the Electronic Products. They are selling cheap quality products on the name of brands. Very worst and bad experience in first order itself. Never going to turn up to noon anymore.

First time I’m ordering from this site. Horrible service. Called 10 times from morning. Customer care executive is telling me shipment is out for delivery. Worst thing is these people doesn’t have delivery guys number. Worst online shopping application. Last order from this application. Please order from this site only if you wanted to waste your valuable time.

I read a lot of negative feedbacks about NOON but there is always a reason why inconvenience are happening and for sure those are beyond their control. Noon is a company where different sellers are selling their items in this website and Noon is not the direct seller. As for my FEEDBACK, they made me very happy with their outstanding service. This is my first time ordering from them. I ordered a set of Trolley school bag before Eid. They supposed to deliver it in my workplace on 6-June but we are on holidays so I moved it on 8-June. On that day I have called Mr.Aaiman to follow up my order and he told me he needs to check the parcel again (i know it came back again to their head office since it wasnt delivered on the first day). I message mr.aaiman to inform him our office hours. He told me they will send it the next day. I shared him the situation that i need to send the parcel before 10-June so i can still avail a courier promo package. By my surprise, he replied that another team will manage to deliver my parcel the same day hoping they will reach before my shift finish. I was very happy since i was expecting to receive my parcel the next day but mr.aaiman made a way to send it to me ASAP. will probably suggest noon to my friends. its very heart warming since my parcel is just around a 100aed but they manage it like its priceless. THANK YOU NOON, mr.aaiman & the guys who delivered my parcel.

I waited 2 weeks for the rice cooker that I ordered to be delivered. On the day that it was supposed to be delivered, I received a call saying the order was canceled because it was out of stock. How is that acceptable standard for an e-commerce website.

Horrible customer service and delivery. I ordered 4 items for my baby and the driver never called me to deliver but told the company that I didnt answer him. Total liers, first n last time to buy anything from them. Hope they will shut down soon.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered and cancelled within the hour. No problem we will refund you sir. Tried to deliver the item 3 days later. Phoned back up and they told me to tell the driver to return the item. 20 days ago Phoned back for the 4th time today and they can see I have requested a cancellation serveral times but this has not been processed. No idea where the item is, nor my money for a brand new premium smartphone Shocking service

They have very poor delivery system. And they handle returns badly too. The fastest way to waste money is shopping online with noon. I would not recommend it to anyone. Do not work with them they are very unprofessional.
