For lack of a stronger word to describe their service, it SUCKS!!! Order ID NAEB70077070174 I ordered for an iphone which is committed to be delivered next day. No one called at all. I had been calling their customer service to follow up only to get an sms at 8pm that they are cancelling the delivery as per request. Despite so many calls they cannot confirm or get in touch with courier to give proper status of delivery. This company should not be doing business only to give negative experience, cause ire and unnecessary stress and inconvenience. PATHETIC!!!

Order ID NAEB70042747390 Every now and then I decide to give noon a chance and end up disappointed. Item should have been delivered yesterday. It still hasn't left the supplier and there is no way of cancelling the order -_-

Horrible service. I was told that I can expect the delivery today before 5pm so I gave my work address. By 5:45pm, I am still in the office waiting for the delivery. I called the customer service and I was told that they will deliver the package today before 10pm, so they took my home address and updated it in the system. 9: 33pm I called customer service again to follow-up, had to call twice before I was able to speak to an agent because agents hung up on me. Finally and I was told that it will be delivered the next day. Nobody has the courtesy to inform that the delivery will be rescheduled. I don’t mind waiting for a day or two, but please be mindful of your customer’s time. Do we really have to call the customer service everytime we place an order at your website? Is this how it works for Noon?

Order no NAEB70048525216. I would not even rate it as one. Bad service. Ordered for iphone Does it really takes more than a week to deliver one item? How many times i have called and raised a complaint . All i got the answer was we will try. If you cant get it delivered on time why do you even mention the date ? Really horrible service . Customer care are not really helpful at all.

Ordered a phone from Noon.com, 5 days on its still stuck in processing. Call centre too busy, hardly any contact from the Noon to rectify this. Will never buy from them again, warning anyone who feels to save 50AED, I would suggest you look else where otherwise you might have to wait for a number of weeks to take delivery.

Not satisfied with your answer Will rate noon 0 for this Even customer call center keeping on hold for such a long Time Will not buy anything in near future Very bad experience Same item available in AED 110 in al madina super market Why should I pay extra with no response

If its mentioned it will be delivered by 7th it should have been delivered. I m very annoyed with the noon service for delaying the delivery .. if its a surprise for some one you guys ruin it terribly. And plus customer care agents are not able to help the customers . What kind of service are u giving to the customers?

terrible, the lack of feedback or comments per item makes it hard for the consumer to choose the right merchant. I ordered 2 items, 1 was sent within two days and the other after two weeks. if i had known it will take that long for the other i wouldnt have purchased it. add feedback on your app per item so consumers can see if its worth buying.

I purchased 1 mobile phone Samsung m 20 in March 2019 and sent to my brother in Pakistan and now this mobile is blocked and not working anymore in Pakistan as PTA stated that this phone is non-compliance and the IMEI number is refurbished. First of all I gave 1 star just because it’s mandatory to give a star ., if not it doesn’t even deserve a star . I was a regular customer using noon more often but later it seems like they are degrading, in June I bought two stuffs which I gotta send for refund. One a rechargeable fan which wasn’t even working & another a watch which was broken & tags were already removed when I opened the package, it’s been a month still no action have done or refund completed , whenever I call their customer service they raise a complaint and assuring us that they will solve it in 48 hrs which never happened., it’s been 3 times since I raised the complaint & many more 48 hrs gone so far. So , people don’t ever use Noon.

They sell you refurbished, used and unreliable electronic products. I ordered a Beats headphones and it came to me without a seal and when I paired it displayed "Ahmeds Beats". This means the product was used and when I explained to customer service they said sorry we can't do anything about it. This happened to me 3 times. I even ordered a bag for my Switch and I got a fake unsealed Chinese product that does not match the picture they display on their website. Never order anything from there go with Amazon instead.

I would like to rate Noon as zero rating. They advertise good which are not available and take more than a week to cancel order. He payment refund takes more than a month. Although banks refund charge back within 48 hours but noon uses customers money for their cash flows and does not care to refund.. pathetic service... completely non reliable company

They offer a 14 day FREE trial but then ask for your credit card number. And further, they want to see your credit number before you have any idea what the program is even all about! Did you ever buy a product without seeing it first. I think not! Another scam.

I didn’t received my order after a week ( which has mentioned “Delivery in one day” ) And after 3 times make complain nobody call back me from Noon and they didn’t care about my complain. The company and sellers are terrible.

I had worst experience with Noon. They have a terrible refund process wherein 2 times I have to make a complaint to DED through https://www.consumerrights.ae/en/Pages/consumer-complaint.aspx. First no item was delivered to me and it was just lost on their system that they can not locate where is the package, they did not process the refund because the status is shipped on their system. DED help me with that issue so they refund the amount I paid. 2nd experience, wrong item was delivered to me more than a month ago and until now the refund is not yet credited to noon credit. I have to ask help again from the DED just for them to solve this because of the frustrations I had in making daily follow-up with Noon

They should write a book called how to destroy customer service based on Noon experience, first the delivery guy just show up without notice and if you are not home he just leave , they online payment conveniently stopped accepting credit card or Apple Pay just to charge you for cash on delivery and even after all that your product comes damaged like they are researching how to screw up with their customers and getting an A for it
