Very bad experience, no commitment to delivery, no respect to customer time and money, same days delivery is scam, I had to log a complain to DED and will wait to get my money back.

I received something completely different from what I ordered, not only was it cheaply made it the packaging was also bent and broken and the actual product was defective. Also i can only get a refund in store credits which i dont want. I just want my money back.

My very first order i was disappointed with noon.com. I felt cheated. They delivered the product late and delivered a completely different product. Simply waste of time and money on their website. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy from noon if you are looking for something in emergency. FYI my order #NAEB70014298101-S

Worst website to order anything Customer service is pathetic. No one gives u any info. Even after the date of delivery pass they still ask u to wait with no solution at all. All repititive conversations as if u taking to a computer. I urge no one to buy anything from Noon. I have been cheated. My money has been stolen by Noon. They keep blaming the seller without taking any responsibility.

Very bad service and disappointed overall. I ordered 3 items, from out of the 1 cancelled now the seller is increased the price and item still available online. Received 2 items both of them quality is very bad and one of them having ear pads out of it, one is not working. What can i say they selling very bad quality products. CAUTION BEFORE BUY!

Ordered a "now" item which they market and promise to deliver the very next day. Not only did I not receive the item, there was zero communication from Noon in regards to the order. If you can't to deliver on time, don't give these estimates (it is essentially lying to your customers). And the lease you could do is to inform the customer that there is a delay and apologize. Unless and until the customer gets fed up and calls the customer service to get an update - the mindset at noon is such that "You'll get it when you get it".

Very poor service ..showed items which are not available also confirmed the order and after 20 days when order didnt move ahead after follow up they give this excuse that item not available suggest people not to shop from this site...worst experience ever

the delivery process is extremely HORRIBLE.. for couple of small items, they are willing to make you wait for 2 weeks to deliver. not to mention that it is available with more than 10 suppliers of their own!!! what makes it funny, is that the call Center will literally tell you "take it or leave it" and they will refund you the purchase done. the problem is that there are no efforts put for retention.

I ordered a power bank and I had to return it because the charging was very slow. The next day I requested a return thru the mobile app of noon. The next morning someone sent me a text message that he is working with noon and was asking my location and office timings. I replied and gave all the information needed. I even call him at 5:00 pm to ask him what time he will pick up the return item. He did not answer. Until now the item is still with me and nobody contacting me. Here is my conclusion. It is like a force selling that they do not care to the customers once you bought something from them as long as they have sales. Anyway goodluck to Noon.com. I will keep the item with me but this is my first and last order from you. Very bad customer service.

I placed order for four items. They split the delivery to 3...only four items ok. They told me to wait for almost 2 weeks for the third item which was a rug. After two weeks they said they havent got the item and asked me 2 more days and i registered a complaint. On the 17th day they are saying you have to cancel the order because they arent able to get that rug.... You should have told its out of stock when i placed the order... Very very poor service.
