“Wish I could give them 0 stars and it looks like I'm not alone. I placed an order on May 20th 2021. June 17th treats arrive but no dog crate (1st I'm told delays, then I'm told out of stock but they'll let me know when it will be back). Promises made, discounts offered or emails completely ignored. Sept 13th I finally cancel my order, refund due no later than 10 working days... still waiting. Basic theft!”

“Do not buy from this company , ordered in September they did not deliver , I have spent the rest of time trying to get refund to no avail . Numerous emails and phone calls just getting fobbed off. My question is how are they still in business .”

“These people have reduced me to tears today. I Spent over £150 on my order before reading these reviews, I thought I was doing good by supporting a smaller business but I’ve now realised they’re most likely leaving my dogs to go hungry! I placed an order 8 days ago and they’ve still not bothered to dispatch it! I Emailed after 6 days to explain that I only had 3 days dog food left and can’t get out to buy more but they sent a generic reply to say sorry for the delay, no explanation as to why I’m still waiting or how long I’ll be waiting…..there’s a place in hell reserved for thieves like these people! I’ve reported them to Clearpay and I will be taking this matter further if I’ve not got all my items or a full refund before November 5th!”

“I wish I could have given no stars!! I ordered a dog coat on 18th June, despite numerous contacts with the company, they keep telling me it’s out of stock, I finally cancelled the order and asked for a refund, that was almost 8 weeks ago! Guess what? After being assured the money would be in my account 5-10 working days, it’s still not been refunded!! Dreadful company! I cannot afford to lose this money but I don’t know what else to do. Apart from notify the hundreds of dog friends I have!!!”

“I've honestly never dealt with a more unhelpful and unconstructive company. I had to chase my order multiple times, each time they gave no update, then less than 1/2 of it arrived so they finally agreed to give me a refund but I'm still waiting for it now, despite them telling me it'd be given in 5-10 working days. They took my money immediately and are still selling the items on their website despite telling me they're out of stock. Funny how there's no option to leave a review on their website!”

“if you look in company house you will see this a company in severe debt. They take your money, and do not send an items, nor do they give a refund. This is really a very illegal operation that needs to be shut down.”

“Do not buy from here, I ordered an item for around 50 pounds, after months of telling me it is stick, they then agreed to refund, a month later this still has not happened, and having chased them, they reply offering the item, which they still dont have or again pretending that they will do a refund. Neither the item or a refund has happened. I suspect they have no stock at all, and serious money problems.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are quick to take your money even though the goods you require are not in stock, then you have to email them weekly for a refund which goes on for weeks, luckily PayPal sorted my problem out.”

“Ordered from them back in June. No product received and have now been waiting for a refund that been “processed” now for several months. They are still taking orders despite ‘stock issues’ on what appears to be all their stock! Absolute joke. We WILL be showing up at their premises at Merlin House in Knaresborough!”

“Do NOT use this company, we placed an order on the 3rd May, after waiting a month for our delivery and several emails later we were offered a refund, we are still waiting for the refund and keep being told it is coming....I will be taking legal action. I do not understand how they are trading.”

“If I could them 0 stars then I would! Total bunk of jokers. I ordered an item in July which was showing as in stock. 10 days later no item arrived so I tried to contact them but they never answer the phone. Resorting to email they told me the item would be back in stock in 10 days. 15 days came and went and still no item. I recontacted and asked for a refund and was told this would be processed in 14 days. Great.. or so I thought! 14 days came and went and no refund. I emailed yet again to be told there were some issues with the payment system which have now been resolved and my refund was in progress. Another 2 weeks later and still I haven't had anything by means of a refund from them. Its now been over 2 months that they have had my money and not given me any product or refund. Save your money and go somewhere else, literally anywhere else other than this pathetic bunch.”

“Terrible company to deal with! Ordered an item, paid for Express Shipping (3 days). 7 days later, my item has still not been dispatched so I send an email to chase up only to be told my item had been dispatched that day and I would receive tracking information shortly. Fast forward 3 more days, 2 more chase ups for tracking information and no reply. They have processed a refund but subsequently cancelled the refund a few hours later and now no longer responding to my emails chasing up my money. As a result, the company still have my money - Upon digging further, the refund was cancelled by their bank account as they did not have sufficient funds to process the refund (£66). I am now having to go through the process to re-claim the refund through my bank account. Phone numbers do not work for the company, there is no response to any emails I am sending, this is pathetic.”

“Took my order and payment in June. No confirmation email. Now September and have chased at least 10 times for a refund - being told that it has been processed, then they're too busy and have a backlog, then it's been processed... Complete bunch of crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.”
