“A nice selection of quality products although not all were available at the point of ordering, however I was alerted to the fact and communication has been excellent. Only really let down by their choice of delivery carrier, EVRI. The parcel was marked as shipped on 09 August, and only came to light that it had been delivered 11 days later when I found it in a recycling bin. However having spoken to them in the interim, they were prepared to resend the order without question. Overall I'm extremely happy with them but think their reputation will suffer if my situation with the parcel being left somewhere without even a card through the door happens too many times.”
