“Great company and fab product collapsible travelling dog crate/bed. Delighted with quality. Good value for money. Delivery was slow before an impending holiday but when I contacted Not in the Dog House they immediately chased it up and so it has safely arrived before we go on holiday. Nice minimal packaging too. Would not hesitate to use this company again and equally would highly recommend them to others.”

“I had to contact the company as I had not received my order. They immediately sorted this out and reissued it without any fuss. The order arrived and my dogs love the frozen yoghurt. Will certainly be ordering again from this company.”

“My lurched was getting a bit fussy with her chicken variety so I changed to salmon and sardines. So far she loves it, but no doubt I will be reverting back sometime. Dogs can be very fickle.”
