I ordered a dog coat a month ago and have still not received it. I have emailed numerous times and had just one reply saying that if the coat hasn't arrived they'll send another. I have asked and asked where my coat is but they don't seem to have any idea! Customer service is non existent. It's not just that it's taken so long, if they kept me informed I wouldn't mind so much, I have no idea whether it's been sent or is on it's way or do I need a refund. I think I've been patient but it looking like they've just taken my money and are now not interested!

Horrendous service. Ordered 2 dog beds in November. Only one eventually arrived. Despite company saying they would send the second one it has never been despatched. I have emailed them beyond numerous times and not a reply. They cannot be contacted by phone. I have asked for a refund and again have heard nothing. An utterly appalling company to do business with.

I kept being told my items had been despatched which they had not. Repeatedly told I would get tracking information which I did not. My items were delivered weeks after I placed & paid for my order.

I have not even received my goods yet!!! I will not be using your company again unfortunately - and I am still waiting for my dog food!!!!! This was before Christmas 2022!

Have still not received item that was ordered on 27 Nov 2022! Still not received the so called replacement that was send out 2 weeks ago! When emailed and asked for a refund, have had zero reply!!! I want my money back!!!

Order my cat litter on the 28th December despite a few emails back and forwards being told my delivery had been shipped, I had to contact Clearpay and raise a dispute my order was finally shipped on 19th January.

I placed order 28th Dec had a message to say orde at wharehouse then nothing other than nice message to thank me for ordering,I ran out of food cancelled order they said I would be refunded then last week around 17th had e mail to say it was on way delivered next day ,I only ordered from them as forgot original company ,who have now received order within two days,

Saw this "family" business and wanted to support them as we also have a family business. I ordered dog food on 29th December, received an email confirming order and that a tracking number would be sent. Also an email from "Will" thanking me for ordering and if he could help with anything let him know. After New Year and still not receiving anything I emailed Will asking where the order was. He informed me he could see it was dispatched. At the same time I received another email from customer services informing me there was a delay with my order and that it would be sent out ASAP. Despite many emails on my side plus phone calls all I have received is one email from "Amy" in customer services apologising and that my order would be sent out ASAP. As I have still not received my order, nor a confirmation it has been sent out I sent email cancelling the order and requesting a full refund. The only replies I had to this have been the generic customer services will be back to you...... I'm no longer waiting and have contacted my bank to recover my funds. .

Though it was amusing to get a request for a review after the hassle of ordering from this company. Dont order from them. Read all the reviews on trustpilot. Took 23 days to receive order.

I placed my order on 11th December. It was not shipped until 17th January. I left it January to start chasing. Nobody replied to my voicemail and I had to chase order three times via email before the order was despatched and then with no apology for the delay.

As with others, I placed an order 17th December and am still waiting for delivery. I’ve been told it was dispatched but never received any notification. They said they’d send it again, still no notification and they aren’t responding to emails and the phone number is an automated message saying there is no one available. When I first ordered they were lovely, back & forth on emails with some queries etc. Friendly and helpful, family run business they said. If something has happened to their supply chain or they’ve had some sort of emergency I’d sooner they just respond and be honest, put a notice on the website, whatever. Just communicate. Things happen beyond our control but this behaviour is doing nothing for their reputation, I certainly won’t order from them again now.

Ordered 2 Danish Design coats on 2/1/23, and wish I had read the reviews on here first. Like others I first received a generic email saying my order was running late. I contacted them after hearing nothing else, and got the generic email saying my order had been dispatched, but no tracking information arrived. I contacted them again by email, as no one answers the phone, and again got exactly the same generic email saying it has been dispatched. Have now asked for a refund, but don't hold out much hope. Have also put 1 star review on their website, but surprise, surprise it isn't showing. Terrible company, avoid unless you want to lose your money.
