Ordered the coats well in advance of our trip but they arrived several weeks later after we had left for our holiday!

Parcel eventually arrived after 2 weeks. I had tried to call and emailed several times. I got replies on email, but none explaining the delay. This did not seem to be a courier issue, but a dispatch one.

I havn't received anything My poor. Cat still has worms. I am Disabled and rely on companies that deliver, do you actually have a delivery company you deal with. Giving it another couple of days then asking my credit card company to withdraw payment

I still haven't received the product; it is very late. Didn't give 'Very Poor' as they sent an email few days ago saying it's going to be late (sorry)

Ordered on 15th January but after 2 weeks of chasing as to where my order was I was told I would get a refund then about 5 days later it arrived so not sure I will use again

It took 3 weeks to get my delivery and I think actually this wasn’t too bad considering some of the other reviews. The communication was poor to begin with - saying it was dispatched and then it wasn’t etc. It took me raising a dispute with my payment method to getting the order shipped out and then finally delivered. It’s a real shame as I’d use them again if it didn’t take so long - pricing was ok and they are a small business so I’d always rather use them than a big company. But sadly given the delivery timings it’s just easier to get what I need from elsewhere.

Product ordered was 2x 15L dog food storage bins which are very good and perfect for purpose. Unfortunately they took much longer than stated to arrive 3 weeks in total. 12 days after ordering I was informed the order was in its way. A week later still not received so I emailed them and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately one of the bins is damaged but fortunately did not affect the use and fitment of the lid so I did not return especially as they will be stored in the garage.

Ordered goods on 11/01/23 and twice been told it's gone to the warehouse to be shipped. Still haven't received my order. I have also recently emailed with no reply

2 orders placed both went missing, on both occasions I had to contact them to chase ETA. My 1st order was disconnected as a new customer which meant my 2nd was full price.

I'm still waiting for the order - about 3 weeks. I have had email communication to apologise for the delay and I had an email to say it had left the warehouse a week ago and nothing since.

While the product did finally arrive, more than two months after I ordered and paid for it, and the quality is good, the communication from the company was almost non-existent, and twice I was told the item was on its way, when it obviously wasn't. Had I been told when I ordered the dog bed that there would be a delay, it would have been fine. I do hope they manage to improve matters as the idea behind what they do is a good one.

When the weebox rolls came the box was not in the best of condition, when opened only 4 of the rolls had not been squashed open, due to the way it had been handled. Could have been courier or stock people. Had to go and buy more so did not save money. Its a shame as it would have saved time and money.
