Order process was good and the prices are competitive, however delivery was a shambles.. I ordered this product on 1st January after getting a puppy and it said delivery was 5-7days working days. I had a week's worth of puppy food from the breeder which started to run short. Eventually I had to travel miles to get some food as this did not turn up till 12th January (9 working days)!! The website said delivery may be delayed due to postal strikes, however this was delivered by APC (not on strike?). I also didn't receive my 'Your order is on the way' till 16th January. I think it would have helped to be given updates or an apology if running late. When the packages did eventually turn up, the one box was soaking wet (with food inside!). For my first order, this was not the 'Happy Pet Owners' 5* rating I was expecting.

Goods took 6 weeks to arrive. Lack of communication available to chase. Asked bank to intervene and goods then arrived.

The dog food was delivered very late - took 2 weeks. I had to buy the food elsewhere because we ran out before your delivery. Sorry but will not be using you again.

I ordered a dog coat on the 28/12/22 . I received confirmation of order and on the 4/01/23 an apology for delay . I contacted the owner Will on the 13/01/23 as still no dog coat . He writes very polite e mails and he confirmed the dog coat had been dispatched and I would receive a tracking number shortly . However it is now the 17/01/23 and I have not received a tracking number or a date for delivery . I have paid for the dog coat but would not recommend this company as I am still waiting delivery !

the covering on the squeaky bone toy was chewed off in 15 mins and was a chocking hazzard

The dog bed is very light and uneven. When thd dog goes to sit on it the bed is upending cos its so light with not enough stuffing. Not happy at all.

After a delay in receiving my order, I have been sent the wrong item.... should have received a waterproof cost and received a drying coat. I have emailed them but not had a response yet.not the best service sadly.

It took 2 weeks to be dispatched from the warehouse. When the food arrived 5/7 bags were ripped and emptied into a damaged box.

Unfortunately the dog cake I ordered turned up and it had fallen apart. The biscuits had all broken off and snapped. This could well be down to the courier, but I think it could have been packaged better as it was loose in the box with a bit of loose bubble wrap.
