Placed our order 7 days ago and despite being told it is in the warehouse we still have not received it or heard that it has been dispatched. Having chased, I was told there was a delay with getting the orders out but no update on when I can expect to receive my order.

Took 6 weeks to deliver and had to chase them three times. Once the package did arrive one of the treat bags had already been opened and it was only half full. They might be slightly cheaper than other online options but it's not worth the hassle or the lack of quality control. The only plus side was that customer service was quick to jump on questions (albeit not always with the correct information). I will 100% not recommend them nor will I ever use them again

Product is good but delivery time was disgusting as had to pay extra £5 delivery and took almost 2 weeks to come

Ordered dog food 15/01. 20/01 told order delayed. 27/01 asked for order to be delivered next week or refund. 27/01 Told that order would be chased with warehouse and despatched and tracking no. Issued. 30/01 refund requested as no despatch/tracking no. had been sent. Told order cancelled 5-10 working days to reach bank. 15/02 no refund legal action threatened. Told order would be despatched. 18/02 order arrived. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Will not use again I'm afraid.

No tracking on parcel and parcel not delivered, was offered a refund but this never arrived then an email from 'not in the dog house" advising my parcel was on it's way. Still no tracking info. Gave gad to purchase else where....very disappointing

I placed an order for a Valentines Day item on 1st February which didn’t arrive as expected within the time frame given. I had to chase it and a replacement was sent out immediately arriving the next day. Why then was there a delay in the first place if you can get an item to me overnight? Why did I have to chase it myself and wasn’t kept better informed? Not impressed and won’t be ordering again.

Delivery states 5-7 days. I ordered on 7th February and it still hasn’t arrived, now 19th.

I ordered a pet pad way before Xmas and by January it had still not been delivered, I emailed them and they replied to me to say it had been shipped and they said to look out for a tracking number, after another week, still no tracking number! Another email sent asking them for a refund, they agreed to a refund. Another couple of weeks passed and still no refund, emailed again…. No response, then I received an email to say my order has been shipped! I received it a few days later. I would NOT buy from this company again.

Confused communication and long delays to dispatch. Only sent order when I asked them to cancel it after waiting 2 weeks. Wouldn’t use again unfortunately.

The items are fine but arrived in a torn bag and took 3 weeks to arrive. Not ideal when you want things quickly to protect your new car.

I placed my order on the 4th Jan 2023 and, as of 15th Feb 2023, it has not arrived. Whilst there were postal strikes in early January, online orders that I have placed after this one has arrived and no others have taken this long to arrive. It makes me wonder if its ever been sent.

This isn't a review about the product but the service. I ordered wet dog food on the 28th of January. On the 4th of February I received an apology for the delay in delivering. It is now the 15th of February and yet still no show. Didn't plan on reviewing but kept getting automated reminders to leave a review.

I ordered this product over two weeks ago; last week I had an email saying that it was ready for collection by the courier and that I would hear when to expect it. Nothing so far and my account has been debited.
