“I was delighted that I could at last find the exact item I wanted having looked at loads of other companies only to find they had not got the shade required. However I do think £3.99 charge for Dpd somewhat excessive.”

“Not received products yet which came to £8.90 but in order to confirm order it was actually £12.79 with added 'eco packing' and 'priority complaints' which i don't understand why I need having already paid £3.99 delivery through dpd. Seems like a rip off by time you get to checkout”

“I ordered two items but only received one. I never received something so poorly packed. just a few pieces of cardboard held together with tape. I'm honestly surprised the item that did arrive wasn’t damaged. I was assured that they always package their parcels with care. That’s hard for me to believe. At the moment, I’m waiting for a refund, but it seems they’re simply investigating whether everything was packed correctly on their end. This was my first time ordering from them, and I will never do it again. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t believe I’ll get my money back.”
