My son and I went in Lancaster store a fortnight ago he needed a new phone and to come off my contract which took quite a long time to get sorted.,. I think it was Leo and Ash that sorted it, they were great got everything set up with separate contracts.Brilliant customer service.

I had an issue with my sim card. After two weeks of calling customer services , on phone for many hours to Indians who did not understand me or me them , who did not sort my issue, i decided to travel to an O2shop at Glasgow Fort. Big shout out to ROBYN who took the time and trouble to help me. She went above and beyond to sort my issue with not much help from me. I had forgotten my memorable numbrr etc. THANK YOU ROBYN. Ypu are a star.

Sorry but 5 stars isn't for O2 but for the lovely lady by the name of Chelsea and her manager who in 1 hour sorted out the complete mess O2 customer service couldn't do in 23 days. The hell they put me through you couldn't imagine. I couldn't access my phone they cut it off, they transferred my number to another phone. Personal information, emails texts and I couldn't even ring my family and make contact with anyone. The lies the deception and accusations of fraud. I had to ring the end of contract to get through to someone else and thank goodness this wonderful woman named Chelsea and her manager sorted out this mess in a hour 30 odd advisors I spoke too couldn't do in 23 days. This experience was a living hell. Thank you Chelsea and of course your manager.

I visited your Chelmsford store today, greeted by Oteri, the best experience I have had in my 12 years of visiting phone shops. His exceptional customer service helped me upgrade my iphone getting me the best deal and providing me with information regarding my virgin media. Thank you so much will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family! Thank you so much Oteri you’ve restored my faith in phone shops!

After calling 02 customer support and getting no where i called into 02 in Harrow town centre where i was dealt with by a young man called Eshan who i thought was actually the manager of the store. Despite being really busy and seeing that i was being palmed off by customer services he went above and beyond to make sure that my old number was re issued to me. I loaned my phone to a friend who was mugged in South Harrow loosing all access to mobile banking as well as all my contacts , google passwords ect Without my phone number i could not access anything. People are very good at complaining yet very few actually take the time out to compliment people these days. I just want to make sure that Eshan receives the praise that he should because had it been left down to customer services i would still not have had my issues resolved so THANK YOU Eshan Now all i need is a phone so should anyone have an old phone they have going spare i could certainly put it to good use jemjemzmc@gmail.com

I visited the store in Wakefield this morning after having a problem with my iPhone. The gentleman Sam was brilliant. He sorted the problem straight away even replaced my screen protector as it has broken. He was very polite, and friendly. I will definitely be using this store again. I would like to say a huge thank you to Jade who works at the O2 store in Bromley. She was attentive, kind and listened to my query regarding a problem I was having with my phone. She was able to resolve the issue in less than 3 minutes of me telling her the problem which another member of staff at the lewisham O2 branch was unable to help with. Her customer service was quick, efficient and above all else effective as the problem with my phone has now been fully resolved. Thanks again Jade, keep doing what you are doing with a smile.

THIS REVIEW ISN'T FOR O2. This 5 stars is for Bongani. o2 and all the people I spoken to in the customer services doesn't reserve more than 0 stars BUT the 5 stars is for the very nice gentleman called Bongani. He is very polite and he has a logic when he discuss things. Other people which I spoken to, they were worse than a ROBOT without any sense of human.

Moved to Cellnet back in 1994. I have tried and moved to many other mobile network providers over the years. I now always buy my own mobile phone and get a 12 month sim only deal 30GB data, unlimited minutes & unlimited texts for £8 per month. I always setup a spend cap, premium rate bars and limits on my account to stop any nasty surprises on my monthly bill. It would be fantastic if bars could be turned on or off in the My O2 app please. Thank you.

Have not managed to use my phone yet as I need a friend to set it up for me as I am useless with technology. Called customer services last Friday to order my upgrade, the poor lady who answered to me was so helpful I couldn't thank her enough. I was on the phone for two and a half hours and she was so patient with me not once huffing or puffing as I had no idea what to do. Her name was SAVINA. which I have made a point of putting capitals in the hope she gets some recognition for her superb work and tolerance of me, she was also SCOTTISH. If you get to to read this SAVINA and remember me (the lady with the brain damage) I can't express enough how much I appreciated your help and you are not just a voice behind a phone.

Haven’t got the energy to talk about how appalling 02 are and the despicable service I received as a customer of 24 years. I really have never experienced anything like it. Being a loyal customer means nothing to them. Needless to say I have left to go with EE. It was worth every penny buying myself out of my contract.

I would like to tell people about the fantastic caring service my daughter and I got when visiting the O2 shop in Dunfermline. We were greeted by the store manager John, who listened carefully to what had happened to my daughters phone. He spent a long time researching the best possible deal (financially) for her. It was so nice to get great customer service, and that was from all their staff. So well done O2 Dunfermline. Often people only write reviews when they are negative. I for one shall confidently recommend visiting this O2 shop in Dunfermline.

Went to 02 in Westfield (Stratford) yesterday and to O2 in the O2 today and must congratulate both shops on the work they have done to keep everyone Covid safe. The entrance to the shops are closed with a "rope" barrier, there is plenty of hand sanitizer, the seats are placed behind lines on the floor, there are acrylic barriers everywhere and the staff wear masks. As well as this the service was great! Must recommend!
