“We bought an extendable table with eight cream leather chairs. It fit in with the colour of our Oak Kitchen beautifully. People are very complementary as to the quality of the suite. I am now very proud of our kitchen. I would recommend Oak Furniture Land to anyone thinking of buying solid oak furniture.”

“This mirror has an unusual shape frame, it reminds me of some Ercol designs. Blends in well in our old house but would also suit more modern surroundings. The oak is a medium colour and the grain is attractive. Would have liked a chain for hanging but we bought strong picture wire to fix to the mountings (which allow for picture or landscape hanging) Delivery not as long as expected, ordered in store Sunday, arrived Thursday.”

“Great sales lady in the store,helpful and very friendly. Very fast delivery- some of the boxes were a little damaged on delivery, however, the table and chairs were padded out well inside so no damage at all to them. very easy to assemble Chuffed to bits with them. Stunning furniture.”

“Customer service skills fabulous. Got what we were looking for with no hassle and so easy to order. Delivery on time and did not have to wait weeks. Looks lovely and thought having to wax my furniture would be a long process, only took about 10mins . Very pleased with my furniture and we be ordering more .”

“Hi...We purchased a dining table and 6 chairs and are absolutely delighted with the brilliant quality. The sales person explained everything we needed to know and there was no pressure to buy. The delivery men were punctual and very polite. Our furniture has been much admired and we are thrilled to be able to sit down for our meals at a lovely table and the chairs are so comfortable.”

“With regards to ref ofl 2653623 - we lodged a complaint about the sofas we recieved earlier this month. Two of the seats on our sofas have become extremely depressed and is not padded enough comparatively to the middle seat. This has meant that when sitting down - you sink alot lower than would have expected and there isn't enough support. There was also scuffing and tears on delivery on the back of one of the sofas again photos attached. We have discussed this with your team and have attached photos below to indicate this”

“Avoid this company at all costs. They say free delivery but if you miss a delivery through no fault of your own they charge you £39 to have it delivered again. They will not let you cancel unless you pay £25 so they have you hook line and sinker. I ordered another item and though they would deliver them both together for free. No chance. They still made me pay £39 even though they were coming to my house to deliver a new item. Thieving nasty people.”
