“With regards to ref ofl 2653623 - we lodged a complaint about the sofas we recieved earlier this month. Two of the seats on our sofas have become extremely depressed and is not padded enough comparatively to the middle seat. This has meant that when sitting down - you sink alot lower than would have expected and there isn't enough support. There was also scuffing and tears on delivery on the back of one of the sofas again photos attached. We have discussed this with your team and have attached photos below to indicate this”

“Avoid this company at all costs. They say free delivery but if you miss a delivery through no fault of your own they charge you £39 to have it delivered again. They will not let you cancel unless you pay £25 so they have you hook line and sinker. I ordered another item and though they would deliver them both together for free. No chance. They still made me pay £39 even though they were coming to my house to deliver a new item. Thieving nasty people.”
