“we receive the delivery with one leg missing from the sofa. Also we were advise the the fabric care would arrive seperately but so far we have not receive anything.”

“We ordered the Morgan Suite and were given a date of the 4th of December but we got an email to advise that the suite would be delivered earlier and given a time slot. The suite was delivered in a professional manner with no issues at all. The suite is well made and nearly 2 months after receiving it, we have found no problems with it.... well I lie slightly.... the only problem I have is getting off it, it's so comfy.”

“Very inflexible system; due to a mix up over our address (I admit that I should have updated things), then over a month to re-deliver and then to find there was a dent in the footstool and the overall standard was not as good as thought it was going to be, I really wouldn't buy with you again. I should have contacted you, but to go through dealing with you again, I left it.”
