“I love my new table. Extended we seated 12 round it, no problem without any awkward table legs in the way. The lily seats are beautiful and comfortable. I had an easy experience from start to finish and would use this company again.”

“First class service we live in jersey in Channel Islands but used a bowman haulage to ship direct to us as oak furniture land do not ship to Channel Islands, if you live in Channel Islands would def buy from oak furniture land again as quality of but would also recommend bowman haulage also to ship these goods across ????”

“I purchased a table and four chairs from the Taunton store. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff in attendance - impressive to get all three given today's normal level of customer service! All e-mails and confirmations arrived with me when I was promised they would. Delivery was on time and, given I was told the exact delivery time by a phone call an hour beforehand, enabled me to be at home waiting for just a few minutes before the very efficient delivery men arrived. It was a wet day and the delivery men laid blankets down in the hallway so they didn't walk wet, muddy footprints in. Again, very impressive. The furnitre was packaged well, easy to put togther and looks lovely. All in all a great shopping experience from start to finish and would recommend Oak Furntiture Land if you are looking for quality furnture and service.”

“The sales staff at Norwich were first class, both knowledgeable and helpful - as well as knowing when to leave us to stroll round and make up our own minds. The cup of tea was both unexpected and unexpectedly good. The sofa was delivered well before the time they predicted, which happened to suit us well, and the bed was as straightforward to put together as they said it would be. We had paid extra because we wanted the bed as soon as possible (before the predicted time for the sofa), and when both items became available early, we were able to get a refund on the delivery charge with no trouble. The furniture itself is excellent and has been widely admired.”

“I am very pleased with the overall level of service that I received whilst dealing with the company. Delivery service exceptional good and on time. Very satisfied customer, products are stunning too. I brought a TV table, French rustic. very beautiful, I also decided to purchase the french farmhouse rustic six seater dinning set - stunning... you will need to leave for about 30 hrs before applying the polish.... all in all very pleased.....”

“Very efficient. I couldn't make the original delivery date and the company were very quick to contact me and make an alternative date. The items were delivered when said by two very courteous chaps. The table itself was as described and very good quality. Overall it was a very pleasant stress free purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Furniture is superb. Delivery was a lot quicker than what we thought it would be. The delivery drivers were great moved the heavy furniture upstairs with no fuss and no scuffing of wallpaper. All round very pleased with everything”
