“I have been using Ocado for my grocery deliveries since 2002. The service is excellent and very few substitutions, on average about one every two months, The website is easy to use and a great range of products. Ocado is quite simply the best at what they do!”

“Very happy with the service and the website is incredibly easy to use. Delivery has been great. On time 99%. Packaging wise, it would be brilliant if the raw meat/seafood are packed separately from vegetables and fruits. I did get couple of broken packets of chicken or fish where the liquid leaked out and I had to throw away the fruits/berries packed together with them or end up washing the packets of salad/vegetables!”

“I lead a really busy life with a busy work schedule and a family to feed. We also entertain a lot. All this would be much more difficult without Ocado. It's easy and reliable. I have been shopping with Ocado for many years. The quality of fruit and veg is excellent. I spend less shopping online then I do when I went shopping to the shops.”

“Always on time. Cheerful and professional delivery drivers. However, when my yearly delivery payment runs out I would like to revert to paying as and when I have a delivery.”

“I love Ocado! I absolutely hate going to the supermarket, it is a monumental waste of time. I hardly ever have any missing items or substitutions. The produce is always really fresh, in good condition and the receipts are done in date order which makes menu planning really easy. The drivers are always friendly, polite and helpful. I live in a hard to reach property and they never make a fuss about the lack of parking or about having to bring my shopping up two flights of stairs. I cannot recommend it more highly.”

“Always reliable - they even made it through heavy snow with my Christmas delivery one year. Nearly always within the hour slot, very rarely late. A good choice of groceries, reasonably priced and the 'flash sales' at the end are a bonus. Very rarely is anything substituted or missing. Courteous drivers. Everything you could want from a delivery service.”

“Ocado is quite simply brilliant. Using the app on my phone means I can constantly edit my shopping basket, adding items that I have forgotten no matter where me or my husband are. I cannot fault their supply system. Other delivery services are useless at forewarning you of any changes or substitutes, however Ocado hardly ever has to change anything. If they do you know well in advance. Their customer service team are also brilliant. Always fast to respond and helpful. I have often checked their prices with other supermarkets - again no complaints here either. Extremely competitive with their offers. Paying a set monthly amount for unlimited deliveries also makes life so much easier. In summary I think Ocado are amazing! Why wouldn't you want to use a friendly, punctual, competitive, thoughtful shopping service that delivers to your door when you want them to?!”

“Recently celebrated my 10th anniversary with Ocado and I'm as satisfied today as I was after my very first shop. One hour slots, incredibly reliable deliveries and helpful delivery staff (cute - and green- delivery vans too) and excellent customer service. Ocado is my supermarket of choice and I look forward to many more happy years shopping with them.”

“Excellent service. Good choice of products. Good offers and sale items. Have been using Ocado for years and wouldn't change to another supermarket. Very rarely are there substitutions. Drivers are always polite and helpful and almost always on time. If they're going to be early or late they always call. Good value for money. Well done Ocado.”

“Excellent range, flexible delivery arrangements, good communications, pleasant drivers: the app/website are easy to use and the whole process makes cumbersome family supermarket shopping a thing of the past. I think the offers represent great value (as well as the price-matching commitment). No-quibble refunds on cracked eggs or spilled milk are welcome, if rarely needed, and I think it is great that Ocado recycles not only its own bags but any other plastic bags we want to dispose of. I would not contemplate switching to another delivery service.”

“I have been shopping with Ocado for over ten years. I occasionally use the other supermarkets' delivery services if I am sent an incentive voucher, but always return to Ocado because the process of ordering is so simple, the prices are competitive and I can always find what I want. I like the Bundle offers, which frequently introduce me to products I would not have considered otherwise. Deliveries are always on-time; out-of-stocks are far less of a problem than with the other supermarkets and the delivery drivers are usually very friendly.”

“I have been using Ocado for 8 years. Their service is punctual and reliable (during this time there has been only two problem deliveries due to the computers in the centre.). The goods are of a high standard and the non-Waitrose selection is increasing and of good quality and value. Their customer service is excellent and of the same standard as John Lewis. I'm very happy to recommend Ocado to everyone.”
