“I use Ocado once- twice a week and am very pleased with the service. All the drivers are nice, polite and helpful and the groceries are rarely late. I think the communication between Ocado and myself is good - they keep me up to date with offers, delivery lateness etc. Overall, an excellent service that I have been using for years!”

“My rating would be very good except for the fact that perfumed washing powder and disinfectants etc are often put in with such as biscuits and tea bags. Also raw meat can arrive mixed with cooked meat. Usually bread is packed with bananas on top, so squashed!”

“OCAS would be more than very good if they could get their packing sorted. It is extremely bad and I could complain every week about the damaged packs, broken bags (overloaded) etc etc but only bother when it all gets too much. Even then they promise to resolve and never do - in all the years I have been a customer, it has never improved. This week I did my first TESCO order and their packing appears much more sensible, so why can't Ocado get it right. I tried Tesco because I am fed up with this, and am now considering switching.”

“Generally great service, sometimes I find the drivers are a little frustrated with the people who pack the bags. Re the phone app, which I use the most, it would be better if it told you on check out if something isn't in stock (like it does if you change the delivery slot). Overall though I am very happy with it - I tried Tesco and their stock was really near use buy dates and a lot more unavailable items (with silly substitutions).”

“Having tried most other supermarket delivery companies Ocado are, and have always been, the best. 1 hour delivery slots that they hit, very rarely any missing or replaced items, polite and courteous drivers. All in all very good. Only gripe would be that, occasionally, fresh fruit and veg isn't the pick of the bunch so I sometimes buy it myself instead.”

“I have used Ocado since the first week it started delivering in this Area years ago - I LOVE it. The drivers are wonderful, polite and cheery and nothing is too much trouble. The range is wide. Everything is sorted into the correct bag - green handles for frozen, red for fridge and purple for cupboard - so helpful. It gives use by dates clearly on the receipt. So far it has gone from a small company to a large without losing its' identity. I could go on singing its' praises. MARVELLOUS!”
