Orderd 1 month ago and still hasnt arrived, i contacted the seller and was told that i would be the one who should contact the delivery company. And i also was the one who had to contact them about the item not arriving. This company seems to not care at all about their customers.

I had an interview with Emma at OA back in August, I was told a secondary call would be arranged with the relevant person in the business, after 3 weeks I hadn't heard a thing from the company or from the recruitment agency, absolutely zero feedback or contact. Really shoddy outfit. Needless to say my interest in working for a company that ghosts candidates and fails to deliver is non-existent.

🤬😡Per niente seri oltre a pagare €58 e rotti a flacone per due sono più di 110€ in più ho dovuto pagare al corriere altri 27,86€, in più una confezione rotta e un ritardo di più di 3 giorni…no assolutamente che vi vadano tutti in farmacia 🤮

What a joke!!!! I cancelled my order and also asked for a refund, (which I'm still waiting for). To then find out via email that the cancelled order has just been sent out. What? Why? I will never have anymore dealings with this company again.

Order arrived smashed! Finding it difficult to gain resolve from the company. Would avoid as they lack ability to package products in a safe manner. Glass jars require extra packaging.

I did not received the product I needed and ordered. Instead I received dr. Mercola d3 and k2. It was no information on the webpage of other contact ways than email. I emailed two days ago and received answer to wait three days. I found the number another place and called. Nobody picked up the phone. I left a message on the answering machine and received no service. Another place I saw that they had a chat but it did not exict on the webpage. I am truly dissapointed. I ordered the do not age d2 after recommendation from my doctor friend seeing I got chronic low d vitamin. I needed this product for my condition.

My order didn't arrive. It's not Oceans fault, it's our local delivery driver but I've not had a reply from Oceans despite two emails informing them of the missing parcel.

Oceans Alive would not accept a return of 270 capsules of Magnesium L Threonate (minus 5) after explaining to them that they caused heart palpitations. These capsules cost me £110. YET THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. This is surely a matter for me to report this company to Trades Descriptions.

I am partly at fault for ordering a 3 month supply of Dr. Mercola's Magnesium Threonate at a price of £110. I should have ordered a month's supply. I took under the recommended dose for 3 days and discovered that these capsules had an adverse effect on my health. I then read on a NHS website, that for some people, magnesium threonate can be harmful. The site stated that this type of magnesium can cause headaches, heart palpitations and excessive thirst for a minority of people. These are the exact symptoms I experienced. If taken for a prolonged period it is possible that I could have had a cardiac arrest. I stopped taking the capsules and within a week the symptoms disappeared. I wrongly presumed, as a result of this, that Oceans Alive would accept a return of the capsules. However their policy is that the bottle has to be returned unopened. I was disappointed that I lost £110 due to something out of my control.

I haven’t got a clue where I went wrong but agreed to a subscription and now I’m overwhelmed by a product being delivered too frequently the company no longer has a telephone number so difficult to communicate with

Had a nightmare trying to get anyone to answer the phones at oceans Alive. There’s a number that works and they ask you to leave your number, yet they NEVER call back. I received a product with the safety seal missing. I wouldn’t personally order from them again as it was a lot of back and forth by email trying to rectify this issue of getting a replacement sent. Too much drama. I order items all the time with other companies that sort out their errors ASAP.
