“Raiyan was extremely help when addressing the problem with a faulty meter. I had previously sent in a video of the meter not working, however, despite it showing the meter reading has not been updated since March, his colleague said the video was not clear. Raiyan had a look a the video, checked the meter reading history and quickly established that they were receiving the meter reading OTA however it has been the same reading for the last 3 months, so there must be a problem with the meter which needs further investigation. He raised a ticket for a meter inspection to be performed.”

“I’m giving Leila H the five stars as she was the one who solved the problem. I kept setting a dd up and was being emailed that it wasn’t set up and texts about debt collectors. She explained that the bank details had been deleted so they just needed adding back in. Simple 2 minute explanation as I couldn’t see that at my end. Email correspondence is very hit and miss with octopus, I’ve had two terrible exchanges and wished I’d never moved to them. Luckily when I rang today someone who cared about their job and the customers answered”
