Absolutely over the moon the advisor emily took my call with no problems whatsoever discussed all prices and adhered to my needs changed me over from eon to octopus energy painlessly with me doing nothing apart from the call also added my referral on also credit to the company 10/10 thankyou emily 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with an agent named Molly, and I wanted to take a moment to commend her for the excellent service she provided. As a first-time homeowner navigating the world of energy suppliers and tariffs, I was feeling quite overwhelmed. Molly took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, answering all of my questions with patience and genuine care. Following problems with EDF Energy not being very helpful with regard to my meter having a wrongly described rate on the National Database. I contacted Octopus to try and switch to them. I was told that it would not be easy for them to help me as it was EDF's responsibility to update the database meter type before I could switch. However after a short discussion with Octopus and a minimal time on hold with a very helpful person at the end of the Octopus switchboard the man told me that with my permission he would apply to switch me to Octopus and attempt to sort out the problem. I agreed to this as have got fed up with being messed about by EDF, who should have corrected the database error straight after I phone them approx 10 days ago. Thank you very much indeed for your help with this matter. I believe your name is Hassan. Extremely patient and helpful.

Was confused with setting up Octopus on my website for my student house but Kainaat put my mind at ease and sorted this out perfectly for me. Described all options available and was lovely and friendly to talk to. Thank you

Octopus as a whole has the worst customer care experience I have experienced in years. Hence the review stars. However, today, I was helped by a young lady called Sam, she was incredible. She sorted out an issue that's been ongoing for months and months, within 3 minutes. She then promised me she would try to get me some help to deal with all the issues that everyone else has ignored. She, of course, can't promise. But she sure as heck tried everything. In my opinion, emails from frustrated customers should be going to Sam@Octopus, because Greg sure as hell doesn't answer them!!! Sam - if they don't make you CEO, they're missing out. Thankyou for listening, actioning and being amazing.

When I called last Thursday I was quite unhappy about the arrangements made to install my smart meters. They fitted the electric meter but couldn’t install the gas meter, even though I had made it clear that there would be problems. Mark was very understanding and assured me that at the next appointment (tomorrow) it will be ok. So far, so good….I don’t want to waste theirs and my time again.

Joseph was excellent.He achieved in 5 minutes what 5 other colleagues failed to doo in 5 separate calls. We merely wanted to have some of our credit refunded. Promised return calls failed to come. Thank you Joseph .
