Molly is a professional, friendly, down-to-earth Advisor and, I'm guessing, one of your best employees who gives their own personal, emotional energy to their customers. It's difficult being a call centre operator because you never know who's going to be on the other end of the phone, you don't know what sort of person is going to ask you questions and you never know if a call will turn negatively so, please accept my feedback as a 100% positive review for Molly.”
