Thomas was very engaged, professional and helpful in guiding me to the right tarrifs for my needs and detailing what the switching process entailed. Even took the trouble to guide me on how to take readings from my smart meters which I had never had reason to do previously.

“Customer Service agent Leila H performed excellent. She sorted out my account billing promptly as my meter was replaced with a new up to date version SMETS2. Readings now seem more reliable rather than receiving estimated bills in the past. This allowed me to budget easier. Leila H also progressed my IHD and followed up by sending it to me and then emailed me to say that the new meter has now pulled my data across to my account with an up to date billing. If all customer service agents who works like this will be most welcomed. Overall, great customer service from Leila H.”
