I also like the fact that Greg Jackson, the CEO and founder of Octopus has a YouTube channel and speaks directly to the public. However, my main reason for leaving this review is about the customer service I recieved. Areeba was very patient and took time to go through a lot of details in a way that appreciated that taking in a lot of new information can take time - I didn't feel rushed in any way.”
