Most helpful customer service I've ever received! Dexter explained everything I wanted to know and was in no rush to hang up. I'm glad I switched to octopus today and hope that all their service advisors are this friendly and patient.

The customer service is dreadful, failing to approach them through email. Even in the phone call, they are still unable to explain it fluently, just repeating the same thing stated on the bills

Hello there and Good morning. I would just like to say that I am not a fan of having to call an energy supplier to discuss tariff's, leaving, joining etc, but on this occasion I will say that Joshua made me feel more comfortable and that I was included in the discussion rather than being dictated to. Joshua's approach was very professional but also with a listening ear to understand my reasoning for leaving my previous supplier (E-ON). Joshua explained everything that was asked and made my decision very easy. Thankyou

I had trouble with the online service as it wouldn’t recognise the address. I spoke with Josh who managed to track down the location of the meters. He was very patient and helpful and managed to sort out the issues. I would have no reservations in recommending octopus for customer service.

Kieran guided me with what was required for the request I had. I am a new customer and had a cheaper price than my current supplier. Regardless the phone connectivity, Kieran ensured that all online documents were submitted and in my possession. Great 1st communication with Octopus.
