I have dealt with Octopus on the phone and online. Each time I have been very pleased with
a. How quick I go through, both on the phone and online and
b. The speed of information passed with all my questions answered.
Today I dealt with Jacob. I needed some important questions answering regarding a government payment for our disabled daughter.
Within a few hours Jacob had responded, having got all of the info I needed, which ultimately put my mind at rest.

We had to deal with another big well known company the other day and had to speak to a crappie in Bombay! Not their fault, but there’s nowt like speaking to a British call centre!
