“AMAZING customer service every time. All the staff speak clearly so there’s never that risk of incorrect information being passed over. Any issues are resolved straight away and they do anything they can to try to accommodate. There’s no such thing as having to wait on hold for almost 2/3 - with octopus they answer in such a good time. Definitely recommend to anyone.
