Our query was not straight forward ( FIT rates / Solar panels etc) and the Customer Services guy was well informed, very helpful and also patient making sure we understood how our account worked. A good and positive experience.

Was good when I first joined but since having to have a smart prepayment meter installed. Had nothing but problems. I had 57 on old meter in credit and a debt which wasn't mine. After several emails later they said they would sort it. Had to have the meter put on prepayment but even then there was only 2.39 on it. Can't see the credit dont know much is left. One last email to try and sort it. Then if not I'm changing supplier.

I spoke to Ross today. He was very helpful knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He changed my gas tariff at my request just like that n9 fuss no bother Since joining octopus in march when I moved into my home I have been so pleased with every contact I have had with you. A far far better company than my last supplier. Long may it continue - and I even get free electricity sometimes. May only be a few pence as I live alone in a small property but it’s still great to get something back Thank you and long may it continue
