I had the most beautiful experience with one of your customer services' repreaentatives! Not only was he patient, kind and informative, he also took the time to help me discover a problem I'm having with my electricity bills with my current supplier and gave me excellent advice on how to remedy this. I'm really looking forward to being an Octopus customer!

I have received multiple $500 energy bills for a 1,000 sq ft duplex whereas my old energy provider’s highest bill (which included water) never exceeded $300 before the switch. I have had a $500 bill on their “plan” and month to month as well. I am not sure who can afford that right now, but I know I can’t.

As a new customer, it was a great introduction to the 'famous' customer service. Sammy did not disappoint, she sorted my issue out very quickly and made sure any other queries and niggles were also identified and resolved. Great start to a good relationship. Thanks Sammy

The best energy supplier there is I've just moved house and if octopus didn't supply the house I would not of moved they have a very good customer service and the prices are very good as well

Explained everything in such detail that I could understand, it’s my first time owning a home and setting this up so was a bit nervous about all the t&c’s but this felt so easy. Thanks so much to Zak P for your help!

I was pleased to be able to talk to Zaid about my surprise that there was a possible problem of my credit rating . He was quick and efficient in making an investigation and reassured me that all was well . He also managed my deafness for the whole of the conversation and I didn't need to ask him to repeat himself for which I was grateful

I've switched to Octopus today, spoke to Dexter who was very friendly and polite, and took me through the steps of switching very clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Very happy with the service

Areeba couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted an issue which 2 other suppliers hadn’t been able to help with. Excellent customer service. Prior to that I spoke to Tom who also did Octopus proud. Thank you!

The person who I spoke to (Hazel) the other day was grand, the male I spoke to when I first joined gave me wrong information and it has cost me a lot of money,not happy about that at all.

I asked Sidra if I could change to a pay as you go meter and within seconds she had shown her confidence, her excellent ( what we used to call ) bedside manner and knowledge of her job. To date she is the best call centre operator I’ve ever talked to and I’m 65 years old. She is patient, reassuring, confident and very pleasant to deal with. Octopus are very lucky to have her working for them.

Octopus is a company I find Very easy to deal with. Spoke to Tom..he was most helpfull.will be glad to come back to you..been stressed with the other company no power on 2 occasions.
