Signed up for Energy today with Octopus as they have the highest service review. Spoke with Uzair whips was very easy to speak too and made the process easy. Regards, Anthony

Contacted Octopus because my energy company were stressing me out. Unable to speak to a human being as everything was done through email which they never replied to. Got Tom on the phone at Octopus who sorted me out in 10 minutes. Switch was easy, they do it all, Tom was a lovely bloke, easy to talk to and explained everything. Talking to a person instead of AI makes life so much easier. Thanks Octopus and thanks Tom.

Had a problem with smart meter screen display. Contacted octopus and a man called Pete dealt with it promptly and in a very expert way, quick response and got the problem resolved, very good service would highly recommend

For many months I have been dealing with the problem of a recalcitrant smart meter. Throughout this stressful process members of the Octopus customer services team have been invariably polite, helpful, and prompt in dealing with my queries. Three members of the customer service team, Jamie-Leigh, Hazel, and Sam, have been particularly helpful and persistent in dealing either the problem.

Radhika was so helpful today over the phone. We have just had new solar panels and battery installed and were recommended to switch to Octopus energy. So far she has made the process extremely smooth and straightforward, thank you.

I rang Octopus today just to check if I was on the best tariff.My call was answered in just a few minutes. I spoke with Salim who was very helpful. Very clear and took time to assist me. Thank you

How easy was that. Rang the customer services helpline and my call was answered within seconds. Emily F explained in pounds and pence my options and changed my account to a new fixed rate. The whole conversation lasted only a few minutes. I received a confirmation email by the time I hung up my land line phone. Top notch service, shame other institutions and retailers aren't as efficient.

For the last 16 months, I have received the worst customer service of my life from SSE ENERGY so, believe me, I know what poor service is. On the other hand, Octopus Energy are fantastic to deal with. Not only are their rates reasonable but the customer service is second to none. Basically, I switched to Octopus Energy BECAUSE of their customer service. They make my life easier. They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done. I have my domestic supply with Octopus Energy and have recently switched my business to supply to them too. Today, Dexter helped me with my query and he was exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

Very helpful customer service rep. Understood quickly what needed to be done so I could transfer my mother's energy supplier and manage my mum's account using LPA.Was caring and sympathetic.

Just moved house and wanted to set up my account with Octopus, got put through to Zaid who was absolutely brilliant, took time to explain everything to me, made sure I understood all the options available to me and simplified the whole process! Thank you Zaid and Octopus energy!
