I like Octopus Energy because a human person answers the phone just like it used to be before AI raised its ugly head. Long may this continue.

Mylah handled the whole process of setting up our new account very professionally. As we have several meters there was a lot of data to check and process and it was all completed on the one phone call.

I was contacted by letter which said I wasn't on the cheapest tariff anymore so I phoned immediately I waited no longer than 5 minutes to get through the customer services advisor confirmed what the letter sofas and explained it in layman's terms I agreed to switch tariffs and that was it no repetitive questions no being placed on hold great customer service

I spoken to Jay today about my tariff I was on the wrong one , Jay was very professional in talking to me what was the best tariff for me was I very happy customer thanks Jay sorting this out for me
