Rapid response to call. George explained the situation (it was my mistake submitting a reading). I gave him the correct reading and the issue was quickly resolved in a very pleasant manner. V good Quality Customer service.

I had need to contact Octopus Customer Service having had metering problems My first contact was Beth She was very professional and helpful The problem took a bit of sorting but she kept me informed at every stage and solved the problems as they arose Well done and thank you

While I did not accept the dual fuel energy price offered to me, by Octopus I have to say the call centre person , Uzair was very helpful and answered all my questions .

Thank you Waverley for your help today, confirming my appointment to have a Smart Meter fitted and agreeing my Direct Debit monthly payment can be no more or no less than is due to Octopus, without 'credit' payments.

Uzair was helpful and patient, and stayed on the line even when it temporarily cut out. Initial quote was about double the price as looking at the current owners of the house and not me, but he was able to cut the price down when we queried it.

Helping us arrange smart meters for my mother-in-law but would have given 5 stars if we could have had a firmer timescale

My conversation with Tom was helpful and positive. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would have scored a five but for the background noise (not Toms fault) . Having managed large contact centres myself I would suggest that a noise review is undertaken considering how the workstations are positioned and how the call can be quieter in terms of background noise.

It was very easy to switch over the phone, but annoying that switching pine didn't work and I had to call. Call hours could be more convenient for people who work ie have some evening or weekend hours.

Hazel was helpful and friendly. I wanted to change supplier to Octopus. Her information was succinct and clear. It makes a business that is a bit scary at times for the customer seem quite easy and unproblematic.
