“Well well done Octopus I’m officially all signed up and transferred over to yourselves from my last supplier and that’s all thanks to your call adviser Raiyan who talked me through from start to finish well basically the whole procedure and to add a pleasant surprise it certainly was to receive a lovely bouquet of flowers and a card from Raiyan at Octoupus.
I can’t really put into words what I need but Raiyan was so helpful, I could of easily of hung up but no I didn’t I stayed with Raiyan and yes we did have a laugh or two but what can I say great customer relations Raiyan went beyond.
What he won’t know is is that I’m in a bad place (mentally), I lost my hubby of 35 years very suddenly in May 23 after moving into a new area. Devasted is an understatement, we have no children just our doggies, then suddenly last year end of January I made a call to my doctors and I was rushed into hospital (if I hadn’t made that call to the doctors I wouldn’t of survived the night), I was diagnosed a terminal chronic lung condition (pulmonary fibrosis), I’ve had to learn to try and live again without my hubby Bert and a chronic condition, I’ve lost so much and life can be cruel but so so lonely and frustrating- times like something that can become a task - change of utility supplier; the help and guidance I experienced from Raiyan he went beyond and I cannot thank him enough to the fact I speak of him to my family and friends on how he handled my call and listened to me as I chatted and probably bored him, he wasn’t in a rush, Octopus weren’t pushing to finishing the call - as calls waiting etc (I use to set up data for call centres and helpdesks!!).
I thank you Raiyan for talking me through the procedure and for being you and Octoous you have a fantastic employee who is a credit to your company.
If you have anything in place for employee of the month, year please consider Raiyan without his excellent customer service skills and just being himself I probably would be with my old supplier.
