The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was delightful couldn’t be more helpful or thorough he made sure every little thing was sorted before the call ended. Very professional and efficient. 10/10

Dexter was incredibly helpful in helping troubleshoot my problems and get me signed up to Octopus. He helped me with all of my requests and provided excellent customer service!

I wish I had taken the handlers name to personally thank them. They were very efficient, helpful and patient ( I was switching 15 accounts to Octopus) so we were on the line for over 1.5 hours. What a perfect customer experience - Thank you Octopus energy!

Decided to switch from British gas, spoke to Connor after a short time on hold, he was extremely helpful and friendly and made the process of switching stress free. It was so good to speak to an actual person instead of a chatbot!

Best customer service ever. I switched for the first time in 40 odd years. New company gave immediate service at great prices. Old company wanted to insist on a smart meter - never - and monthly budget - i.e. pay more than you owe. Octopus charges what you use and every question and query I had answered. Even got an email from the CEO. Well done Octopus wish I did it years ago. And no switching exit charges on their fixed tariffs.

With help from Mylah I transferred over to Octopus.she explained everything clearly, was very informative & patient. The following day I telephoned with a couple of queries & spoke with Yacob. He too was very helpful & again so patient. The staff members are exceptional. It is so refreshing to talk to a person as opposed to CHAT lines!

First time dealing with Octopus, just moved into new home so having to set up everything new. Today setting up my gas/electric was a real pleasure dealing with Thomas and the whole process was much simpler and quicker than expected. Thankyou Thomas for your patience and expertise.

I had difficulties with the website which would not allow us to complete the final steps in setting up a new account but the business team completed the transfer of our company's business electricity account to Octopus with great efficiency. A big thank you to Radhika for working on New Year's Eve! She made everything very easy for us.
