Chat bot absolutely usless you end up frustrated and trying to get round it til it recognises something and puts you through to the only person available which seems to be the same carmina everytime, who tells you your payment dropped of the account and you have to reorder but funds have clearly left your account and you paid for faster delivery but nothing has arrived They tell you the same thing over and over then close the chat on you They tell me the payment provider is the person to issue a refund not onbuy when I've placed the order with them I'm not happy at all

Allows buyers to seller replica items under genuine trademarks. I purchased a LEGO set which was in fact a cheap, Far East (China) item with plastic blocks, LEGO style. You then can't get any help from seller or onbuy customer support. Save yourself the stress and disapointment an only use genuine retailers. If it seems to good to he true, it is!

wasted a lot of time listing over 100 products that sell well on other websites - dont even make enough turnover to cover their fees

The hottest site in the UK, it's a shame the police don't report themselves to shut down and investigate these sales accepted by this site. The sellers are thieves, most of the items are China, delayed shipping and counterfeit (instead of new they send used item and replaced parts). Then, when you notice the irregularity, the seller (Of course with the onBuy agreement) tells you to send the item back, but to a different country than the one of origin. It's a classic nine known scam to not refund your money (I'm sure they would have found a reason) and fake it to trick another customer. All this known, reported to customer service onbay, who then no longer responds to your request... I will never access this mess of a site again and shame on everyone.

Complete lack of communication, no delivery advised. No phone number to contact company for information. Still waiting for goods, that's if I ever see them. Oh and I have paid.

As an agent OnBuy is the worst place to work for. One, randomly assigned tasks are such that they suck you dry of money and yet are impossible to complete. That promote you to desperately transfer more money in the hope of recovering the principle. Mentors tell half truths. For ex will start by saying pay only 25 to buy USDT. That will go up to 560 USDT in a single day. And your task- that shall remain incomplete hence no salary. A bunch of paid agents keep providing fake positive reviews.

Package arrived but when opened there was nothing inside just a promotional leaflet. Got to think this is a scam outfit.

I have been selling as a verified business seller on onbuy for the last 4 years with no issues, I have all 5 star reviews ratings on there, They recently changed their payment systems meaning funds for items we as a seller have sold and sent to a customer is not made available as cleared funds for at least 10 days, then suddenly on the day it is due to be sent to our bank account the funds are placed on hold with no explanation and it is impossible to speak to a person, Out of frustration I had to open constant tickets and use social media to get any correspondence, I even ended up using LinkedIn and yes they replied on their main account saying someone will be in touch But the CEO’s account ‘Cas Paton’ who was bragging about the sites new payment system quickly deleted my request for help ( twice) and then blocked me, instead of acknowledging me (it was out of desperation I posted on there) I eventually after over 3 weeks of sending the item to the customer I received MY money. They have also started charging a subscription fee regardless of your monthly sales value, it was very well hidden in the wording in their recent terms update which you agreed to when adding your payment details for the new payment system, (they were very sneaky and said the agreement was just to add payment details) so much so lots of legit sellers have now left as it was very sneaky the way it was done and then suddenly be hit with the subscription charge when the sales income doesn't cover it. A warning to buyers, you are not buying from onbuy itself, they are a selling platform that is now left with mainly drop shipping sellers mainly from India (they have Facebook groups helping each other set up etc) who purchase from Amazon and eBay cheaper and will get sent directly to you. So if you have any problems with your order onbuy will just tell you to contact the seller directly. Onbuy do not care as they get their commission on sales, sellers like me that are VAT and HMRC Tax registered and run our business's correctly are leaving due to the appalling way we are treated, they seem to prefer drop shippers to legit established businesses,

They use DPD for delivery, DPD lied about the Delivery day, they lied about the one hour window for delivery. They provide no live tracking either on the website or the app. Wouldn't use again while they use DPD

I purchased item from OnBuy.com. They sent the wrong item and did not reply to any of my emails sent to them. Eventually I contacted PayPaL, OnBuy.com then contacted me saying I should happy with the wrong item as I was getting more than I had paid for. Seriously… I WANTED What I had paid for! Would never purchase from this company again! still trying to get a refund for return postage.

Impossible to communicate with the site. No confirmation email for the purchase. Still looking for a way to find out what's going on. Not a loyal business. Never again !!
