“Impossible to make contact with this company - I ordered an item which arrived damaged. When I purchased I checked out as a guest, then to report the damage I had to set up an account but because I checked out as a guest my order is not showing. The on line BOTCHAT just sends unhelpful links. There is not contact telephone or customer services email address so cant log that my items were damaged. Will never use again and presume I am stuck with unusable damaged goods.”
“Spent 2 hours finding the right ebook reader and finally settled on OnTrack Living via Onbuy as it offered fastest delivery. However they accepted the order and the next day cancelled it as it wasnt in stock apparently.
I've now run out of time to get one before holidays which is really disappointing after depending on them for delivery.”

“Purchased the Dancing Fairy Dandelion Statue Ornament Stake (Chriferguso). The disappointment on opening the suspiciously small delivery box was indescribable. Do not believe any of the photographs of the product on the web site; the fairy is a simple, flat silhouette; the feathery dandelion seeds shown in the images translate in reality to flat pressed, daisy like flowers; any expectation of it spinning in the wind may be misplaced. O.K., it was only £7.19 and free delivery but that is not the point - the item is not at all as described. We shall keep it as it will blend in with our Alium flower heads (Google it).”

“I have purchased a pair of over ear Sennheiser headphones and they are incredibly unconfortable to wear. They hurt your ears after using them for more than 30 minutes. The main purpose of over ear headphones is to be comfortable to wear as the headphones don't touch your ear and they rest on your head. These ones have been badly design and don't fit this purpose. The seller is refusing to give me a refund as according to them most customers who buy these headphones don't have this problem, admiting that there are customers who indeed have this problem. First time I bought something here and if this is not resolve favorably for me, last one.”

I've left reviews on trustpilot and onbuy leave wonderful supportive reliplies and do absolutely nothing to help. I have now made a claim through my credit card company.
