Order not delivered. Requested full refund which seller is legally obliged to process.
No response from seller despite messaging twice from OnBuy contact the seller page- messages ignored. emailed seller direct 3 times, - emails ignored. Telephoned seller 4times - phone never answered.
THIS " SELLER " IS CLEARLY UNTRUSTWORTHY, TAKING MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES AND I FEEL SHOULD HAVE ONBUY SERVICES WITHDRAWN.
THIS WAS THE FIRST AND VERY LAST TIME I WILL EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE ONBUY MARKETPLACE. IT APPEARS TO BE A HOME FOR CROOKS.

Please do not use this company! I bought a Hydro Flask which turned out to be fake and did not look like original or do what it was supposed to!
I emailed the company and they said they would look into. They didn’t come back to me so emailed again and all they said is that they were not selling them anymore! However they are still advertising them!

“Ordered a parcel in February. Nothing came so I contacted the seller, seller said it had been delivered but we have cctv and shows no one delivered anything. Contacted OnBuy and at first hand seem to be helpful. Messages have been going back and forth up until 5th august, now OnBuy said I must go to PayPal to resolve this issue but I didn’t pay by PayPal. Honestly I won’t be using this company ever again. Have a look at other reviews and it seems a lot of people have had the same experience as me. BE AWARE.”

“I bought two king-size duvet covers on the Onbuy website. When the duvet covers arrived, they were way too big to fit my duvet – not a UK king-size!
I contacted the seller, but received no reply, so contacted Onbuy. They said that the seller does not sell on their site anymore, despite only buying the items a few weeks earlier? They said that I have to contact PayPal to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, PayPal have been unable to help, Onbuy will NOT help and I cannot contact the seller, so I have lost £80!
I thought that eBay were bad, but Onbuy are even worse. I will not buy from either of them again!”
“Would give ZERO STARS. Have purchased 2 items of furniture through this company. Both were disgraceful quality. I'm a month on and still NO nearer to getting a REFUND. The companies are discriminatory to the disabled in particular. Onbuy customer service are not helping or supporting my stressful empasse. The companies restrict reviews and one company has now changed it's name. Onbuy support seriously dodgy companies and I would not recommend you use them.”
