This has been the worst experience EVER!!!! My partner bought a PC for my son for Christmas which was faulty!!!! We had a replacement sent on 20th January which was also FAULTY!!!!! Apparently this one has no graphics card. So understandable want our money back. They have said it is over 30 days!!!! We haven’t had a day with a PC that is as per specifications as the add. Under the consumer act 2015 we are well within our rights to our money back!!!!! Bear in mind that a 10 year old has no PC that works and it is February 1st and it was his Christmas present!!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

Place 2 orders in 2 years first 1 never arrived 2nd 1 was damage but no action taken from suppliers its a scam

I've been buying small up to £50 items here for last few years without problem so got brave and ordered phone for £300. 3 weeks after I have no phone, no money and no help from onbuy. They say you are under prorection or tgat they will respond within days if you gave an issue. Well my experience is, as I said before, no phone, no money and no help from Onbuy, they never replied. I feel disappointed, cheated, disgusted and will my sure my experience is visible everywhere so potencial buyers are warned. As for me, I will never shop with OnBuy, big or small, I lost any trust in that platform.

They sell fakes! I bought a Clarins serum and then I sent it back but never got refund. Seller Muhammed I'll survive without my 40 pounds but you are just a pathetic fraud.

Website is very easy to use. Prices are very competitive. Communication is good, quick delivery. Only downside is you are absolutely bombarded with emails. I don't need several emails a week from a website I once bought one thing from.

Onbuy owes me £500 in compensation for the time I wasted listing 460 products. This company canceled my sales account causing me financial loss. Furthermore, this company owes me £200 for the time lost due to red tape. Even though I met their conditions (company documents, positive reviews, proof of product ownership, etc.), they did not allow me to sell with them. In addition, this company robed me off from the £22.80 I paid them for "selling rights" even though the service was not delivered to me. Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money. I am appealing to the control and security authorities to investigate these fraudsters and will seek compensation through the courts.

Order a sofa which never came. Contacted the seller who is telling me the money have been send back. I checked with my back and they told me the payment its failed. I send 5 emails to customer sercive and 5 to dispute management team and on them 10 emails both of the team are tellimg me to contact the other team and they keep closing my report. Liers... even the sellers company cant be found by the ombutsman.

Once you have made your purchase , should there be any problems .. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN . No names ..No address..No Tel no… NO CONTACT. ! ! Placed order 13 / 12 /23 still not received my order . Requested cancel and refund. Seller K H MART . Use either Company at your peril. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ! !

Wonderful service, website is so easy to use and I found what I wanted much cheaper than anywhere else. As soon S I clicked on pay I was kept up to date with each step of the process and received my order super quick. Will head straight to OnBuy.com for future purchases they are that good

I was scammed £200 by one of onbuys trusted partners. On buy promotes scammers and makes in nearly impossible to get your money back or even acknowledge your complaint... Buyers beware SHOP ELSEWHERE

Disgraceful. Delivered to wrong address (it happens) however when i provided evidence email from Royal Mail accepting they lost the parcel Onbuy and seller refused to accept liability and i lost £180. Onbuy protection is non existent.

I purchased a ps5 for a Xmas present beginning of November. Item was sent out with wrong name on package. So was returned to sender by Royal Mail. Seller didn’t have another one to send out so had to refund me. Now 7 weeks later I still have not had my money back. I have sent all documentation showing Royal Mail tracking saying item wrongly addressed and returned to sender. And message from the seller apologising that they have sent the item out with the wrong name. But all this time later still no refund. You can’t speak to anyone only message. Most of the time they don’t reply to you but on the odd occasion that they do it takes 48hrs and they are not helpful. Please avoid. This company should be shut down. Worst customer service I have ever encountered

In all fairness looking at reviews read disappointing, but in a my 6 purchases I had one that took a little longer than I expected but true to there word I was informed and up dated and it turned up in good condition, I am happy with what I have experienced.
