“I had a flat tyre , it was very easy to contact the breakdown service by submitting an online form . The response was quick and they helped me getting my car to be taken to the nearest garage.they even cancelled the first rescue service as I contacted them complaining that the service was going to take too long to reach me . They cancelled and rebooked and the second rescue service was swift . Unexpected breakdown is an awful experience and I am grateful to one call insurance for rescuing me ..”

“Phone call was calm and precise, login was easy , text message with eta plus a tracking app of my recovery vehicle. From breaking down to full low loader recovery dropping me to my chosen garage was all done within 1 hour!! Amazingly quick service . Very happy client”

“After calling the breakdown hotline, I explained the situation that I had a automatic car and was stuck in park. When the recovery arrived (Speedy recovery from Frome Somerset) they were speedy and arrived 40 minutes later. The Mechanic really wanted to get the car up and running again rather than putting it on the back of the flatbed truck. He was so clever with his diagnosis and fault finding and went through a process of elimination to get the car going again. Very clever man and very nice. He is a credit to his company and the speedy breakdown service provided. Outstanding professional.”

“First time using the rescue it was a bit complicated getting the booking for my rescue but when that was sorted it was about 50 minutes to wait and all was ok . By the way I am renewing my breakdown with you .”
