“The breakdown number was easy to see on the website. My call was answered quickly. I also used the portal because my call was cut off because reception wasn’t good. The breakdown truck arrived so quickly I was really impressed.”

“Really easy using the online breakdown request service in the portal. Excellent communication and service. Prompt recovery. Breakdown driver explained what they were doing and why. Took my car to requested garage when it couldn’t be fixed in situ.”

“My phone call was answered very quick which i did not expect, The person on the other end of the phone was very polite and helpful and from ending the phone call to the actual arrival of the breakdown van arriving was 5-6 minutes very prompt arrival, The man attending to my car was very polite and got my vehicle sorted in no time, I am very happy with the service i received from start to finnish.”
