“Fantastic service from the breakdown recovery driver, very quick to attend (10 minutes after my call out), kept me updated throughout, resolved the issue quickly and professionally”

“Completed the template in the App to report a breakdown (fuel pump cracked) and within 2 minutes had a call from the Recovery Centre. They checked my details and explained that due to the nature of the breakdown a recovery to destination was likely to be the only option - as I had expected. The advised that the truck would arrive in 1 - 2 hours. Just over an hour later my vehicle was loaded on to the recovery truck and I was on my way.”
