“The call centre service was BRILLIANT He was calm and understanding as I messed with my technology in order to give him necessary info….. and patiently explained how I could access payment over the phone. The recovery mechanic was punctual and quick to arrive. Kind, thorough, efficient, and ensured all the onboard tech was working before he left. SUPERB. A great experience all round…( that is if you have to breakdown 😉) Many thanks”

“The time from reporting the breakdown to actually having a recovery truck there was quicker than the allotted time. It could have been a quiet night. It helped having a tracker to see exactly where he was, along with his name and registration number of his vehicle.”

“Ben was extremely helpful with problems I was having with online booking However I would say that having tried to book an appointment online for windscreen replacement I was unable to as couldn’t tap appointments space, so had to be transferred to auto windscreen directly It took 20 plus minutes as had to go through all the information again with lady there You need to sort your website out for booking appointments”

“I was apprehensive as I had never used One call Rescue before, and as this was the fist time I have ever broken down I didn’t know what to expect, but absolutely EXCELLENT, communication Experience EXCELLENT,and outstanding Quick service by Roadside recovery. Would 100% recommend one call 👍”

“I had significant issues with another breakdown company that is a lot more high profile and waited 11 hours to still not be recovered. One Call have been amazing. Fantastic service, great communication and highly recommend them. They came out to fetch me and also supported with other issues I faced. I accessed this service through Yoga who clearly know to treat a customer!!”
