“Easy to use online breakdown. Quick response to let me know an ETA, with the name of the breakdown company and person that will be attending. I was also sent a link to which enable me to track all progress of arrival. Gentleman that attended was friendly and reassuring and got me to where I needed to be. Very good service and a happy customer. Thank you 😊”

“The first recovery vehicle arrived in 20 minutes but was too small to tow my car so the driver phoned the office and a larger tow truck was despatched and came within 1 1/2 hours - the driver was very helpful and efficient so I was very pleased with the service provided.”

“The first time I had to use the service took a while, and the guy said the battery was useless. The 2nd time I had to (this time) was great! Very quick response time and the guy simply jump-started the car, told me to take it for a 20 min spin and was nice, friendly and personable to boot. Very highly recommended :P (the 2nd time, not the 1st...)”

“Excellent service from One Call Rescue when my car broke down. From the first phone call clearly advising how the rescue works - to a repair technician arriving promptly on sight. He was professional and thorough, explaining the error on my car and that further investigation was needed before repairing. One Call Rescue arranged transport that same day - within a few hours for my car to be delivered to my local garage. The pick up person was very skilled and mindful about transporting the car. Overall, a 10/10 service - made easier knowing it is all part of my Gold plan with One Call Car Insurance. Very happy for a Brilliant job.”

“I logged the breakdown at 8am, the recovery vehicle was with me by 9 and the vehicle was back on the road by 11. Recovery person was polite and efficient and the service as a whole was simple and well managed. Thank you!”
