“It is always a stressful time when you breakdown anywhere but the two people I spoke to put my mid at ease and dealt with my situation very well. I have nothing but praise for them especially the second lady I spoke to.She explained every step”

“Simply Outstanding! 43 mins from first contact to truck arriving--my experience with other organisations has always been to wait much longer. One Call's local agent, P H Recovery, were incredibly friendly, helpful and had great communications. I would not hesitate to renew with One Call just on the strength of this good experience. They turned a worrying experience in to period of calm and confidence. Thank You”

“The support of Leanne yesterday was exceptional. I'm 66 and was driving alone from Scotland when I broke down on the A1M southbound between j 40/41. I felt vulnerable and stressed and Leanne was cal. and supportive as was Jake who collected me. The A1 was the busiest I've ever seen it and the traffic was all but stationary so it all took time but the telephone support was excellent...”

“Broke down on the M5 at 17.00 phoned numerous people but not much joy eventually got in touch with one call and they said they would send someone out to us but not till estimated time of 20.37 this was now 18.15, so had a wait ahead of us The recovery lorry turned up an hour early 19.37 was so grateful to see him( very scary braking down on a very busy motorway) He took no time hooking the car onto the truck and we were home by 20 .20. A lovely guy even looked at the car and told us the fault, great service.”

“One call breakdown contacted me quickly and in a friendly manner. He arranged for my breakdown service and I received a call from breakdown driver with five minutes verify my address and informing me his time of arrival. I delighted with the service both guys gave today and am pleased to give 5 stars for the quality of customer service”

“After a stressful breakdown on holiday in Cornwall, One Call Rescue gave excellent help. The telephone operator was helpful and efficient. Lukas who transported the car to a local garage did a fantastic job. Even though it was incredibly difficult to find us up and down steep narrow lanes. He was prompt, calm and professional. Thank you - all stress gone!”
