“The guy that came out to me was a superstar. Rang me at intervals to keep up dated on how far away he was. Was empathetic and kind throughout. Even brought me a coffee as he said I sounded cold on the phone ( this was in November). Took me right to my front door even though I insisted it would be easier for him to turn around if he didn't turn in to my cul-de-sac. Went above an beyond! Care and attention throughout. Lovely to chat to. Great service.”

“The initial contact was difficult but once sorted everyone was helpful and courteous and the breakdown arrived. Very quickly and the driver was great. Thanks for making a potentially dangerous situation stress free.”

“I was able to speak to someone on the phone within 5 minutes. Rescue came out with in the time I was told, couldn’t fix it roadside so took it to a garage of my choice. I could track the breakdown truck on my phone”
