“My hime start breakdown was solved quickly and efficiently. The driver identified the issue and had the correct tools to get me going again. It was a simple flat battery but I was able to get the car up and running and have it replaced.”

“One call rescue provided me the most excellent first class service the rescue guy arrived when one call text to give me a time the one call guy on the phone made sure I felt safe as I was in the middle of the Peak District at night when the rescue guy arrived he explained one call use local people and make sure your collected within two hours , the guy took me home to Liverpool honestly this is the best insurance company in the world I would recommend you be a gold customer it’s so worth and I could get signal and get through straight away to one call I can’t thank them enough my agent was JJ1 Thank you again”

“Excellent and understanding customer service. I highly recommend One Call Rescue. Having been with a well known car insurance company for decades, they out priced their services. I understand how daunting it is changing car insurance providers, especially for one I wasn't familiar with. But I checked the reviews and so glad I chose One Call Rescue. I'm not computer and Internet literate, the call handler understood this and made me feel at ease and the call out response was within the minimum time stated. Excellent company, thank you💜 The call handler deserves a bonus. 👍”
