“A positive reaction to my problem by the One Call rep and a positive response from the roadside agent meant that by 4pm a new battery had been fitted and the computerised glitches sorted and reset. Thank you.”

“Excellent service to recover my van. Logged my breakdown at 10am, and received a text to say the recovery vehicle would be with me at 11.30am. Thanks also to the local recovery team, who then contacted me to say they would be with me at 10.45am. Vehicle collected and taken to the garage of my choice to be repaired. It couldn't have gone any better in this instance.”

“The breakdown truck arrived in less than 30 minutes and the mechanic was helpful, polite and very professional. My only niggle was with the call centre message which was far too long at a very frazzled time. Continually trying to point to the internet for a breakdown is plain ridiculous. Not everyone has internet access 24/7 and some people remain technophobes - particularly seniors”

“Great service. Recovery was literally so quick and the guy diagnosed the problem within minutes. Recovered my car to the garage explained what was wrong and even waited to make sure my car would be back on the road so I could drive it home.”
