“A delightful and helpful driver who managed to find us up our inaccessible lane, and managed to get my little car off the verge and to the garage in Storrington. It was a shame that one driver swerved too close and ran over his bollards, but considering the awful monsoon weather the driver managed exceptionally well.”

“LE06 had issues with text did not come through to process recovery Lianne did a great job updating it manually so I could get the assistance I needed - had issues with payment which did not stop me getting home - belated birthday present went i. Friends car to long Eaton for spa day so not being able to go home was stressful enough as need to work today - excellent service from Luanne and the recovery man fab explained answered all my questions and Dave who I had to ring to understand where the r covert man was did an excellent job in contacting him as the locator was out of sink - very pleased and thank you”

“Excellent rapid and reassuring response from Leon at One Call Rescue when I was in difficulties. Breakdown help arrived at the time expected and expertly fixed my car’s brake problem. He (Colin the breakdown mechanic) also gave me some very helpful advice. All just what was needed in a personally stressful situation. Many thanks.”

“I had an engine failure and Within minutes of calling one call they directed me on how to report a breakdown. They then quickly checked the information to make sure they had the correct location and issue with the vehicle. They understood that having my two children with me that it was a stressful situation and dealt with it quickly. Within minutes we had a recovery truck booked and on route. The truck was with us within 20mins. The recovery driver was very friendly and informative. Within an hour of breaking down we were on our way home.”

“I had a tyre puncture and needed a tow to my nearest tyre garage. The lady at One Call asked me to phone the garage first to check the tyre for my model was in stock and then phone back to request the tow. The phone was answered promptly both times I called and the lady was very courteous and helpful. Mike the tow truck man arrived within the time frame of one and half hours and took me swiftly to the garage along with my two dogs! It was a very smooth process and took away my anxiety. Many thanks!!”
