“Very sceptical of services that come as an add on i.e. Bank Accounts and travel insurance and the like. The cost of the original insurance was not to be looked over so ended up with the basic breakdown cover, never the less after 11 months of cover broke down on an elevated section of dual carriage way. Made the call and was given a link to book the breakdown, now I'm a bit of a techno dinosaur but it was easy to use and text replies came quickly with an ETA, which was within an hour of logging the call and to my surprise the recovery vehicle was with me in half that time. Recovery carried out by an excellent operative that understood Classic Motorcycles and could not be more helpful and friendly.”

“I broke down today and I cannot praise this company enough,, from speaking to John who took my breakdown call to the driver who recovered me and took me to my local garage all within one and a half hours,, I highly recommend this company they are second to none.the communication was perfect and I had updates all the way,, great job everyone and thank you”

“The young lady I spoke to yesterday was the same one I have just spoken to in order to arrange recovery to my chosen garage. I didn’t get her name but she was so pleasant and helpful that I told her their service is excellent. I would recommend One Call to anyone needing insurance and breakdown services; well done and thank you. Vic Jackson on behalf of my wife, the policy holder.”

“Very helpful on phone call, though had to call back because my phone would not open text thingy that pinged. When I called back and explained, very helpful again. Told I could expect up to a 2-hour wait which is fair enough, however, breakdown man arrived within 20 mins/half-hour. Sorted. Thank you.”

“First time we’ve needed breakdown. Called 3.06pm. Text received to confirm assistance on way, would be with us by 4.15pm. Assistance arrived 3.50pm. All sorted by 4.10. Brilliant service.”

“Well what can say, we broke down and was recovered in a matter of an hour or so.. many thanks for your very prompt service better than some other companies my son was waiting about 8hours to be recovered by another company last year. I am very happy with your service from customer service to Ryan the breakdown recover guy, he was great. Many thanks to all.”

“Thank you so much for your excellent service when my car broke down in a poor signal area for my phone. Your thoughtful message assured me that help was on its way and the time of its arrival. The next message was from Leon the mechanic to say he would be with me in fifteen minutes. He duly arrived on time and the problem with my car was discovered very quickly. He advised that a new battery was probably needed. I am 77 years of age and the prompt action from the company and Leon was greatly appreciated. Thank you. Dorothy.”
