The recovery driver damaged the front of the Vehicle when he was driving the car off the van. He ripped off the front bumper. We have CCTV evidence. He is denied it and tried to hide it. Unacceptable!

Had an issue with a flat tyre. Gave on call a call after filling in t my problem on the “one call portal” shortly after spoke to Jamie @onecall he put my mind at ease and said hold tight we are on our way. All sorted and no stress at all.

My car broke down and I only waited just over an hour for a recovery vehicle. The man diagnosed the issue and then towed to local garage as requested . I could track the location of the recovery vehicle on the portal. The recovery driver called me to let me know when he would arrive. Onecall called me also with an update. Very good service

The phone line was so bad that I couldn’t hear what the lady was saying and it cost so much that I kept running out of credit and got cut off several times, each time getting a different person and having to keep giving all my details over and over again, thus using more credit. The breakdown truck arrived after 2hours,couldn’t fix the problem and I had to have a relay of 3 different breakdown trucks to get home, finally arriving there 10 hours after I broke down. I also had to pay £200 to do this, I thought the gold cover covered me but was told the reason for this was that it was over 100 miles. The policy wording mentions territorial limits but doesn’t explain what they are. Would the platinum policy have covered me, I can’t seem to find out.

I so impressed from the lady who took my call to the young man who turned up to do the repair, I have never used this service before although I have been a customer of Onecall for years . Love you guys 💘

Tony arrived in good time, earlier than anticipated and was enormously helpful; beyond expectations. Not only was he very affable but extremely professional and efficient, recognising the problem immediately and dealing with it promptly. He was a delight to meet and I am very assured by his work. Couldn't be better.

When we called for assistance it was really easy to sort out. All of the staff especially Leanne were really helpful, the only negative was that the actually company that were coming to collect our car were running late and we did not receive an update from them but I called one call and Leanne quickly gave us an update😊😊

On line portal did not work- and agent insisted that I booked into a garage and be recovered to that while all that was needed was a battery boost. He also said he would hold the call until I got back to him - he didn’t

Shocking, did everything they could you defer me away. The person who answered the phone was so unhelpful. Hung up on me and wanted £20.00 to come out, so the recovery is basically worth nothing. No duty of care and no interest in a customer being stranded. This is the 2nd time this has happened and they left me for over 4 hours last time and in the end I had to get someone else to collect me.
