“Everything went ok. Waited about an hour for the breakdown so not bad really. Sales assistant was pleasant. I struggled a little with the technology but got there in the end.”

“SG2 if he was the 1st chap I spoke to was very good. However when I chased up after waiting 3 hours on the A421 slip road I mentioned again I was a lone female and was advised 'don't prioritise for that'. Shocking”

“Absolutely over the moon The guy from the recovery team was polite and fast in his job but of course very professional indeed. They came out in 15 mins that’s a world record in my opinion. Great job Very pleased”

“It was quite a long wait, over two hours, but was warned of this in advance. Once the agent, username LP5, turned up, he was very quick and efficient and I was soon on my way.”

“Excellent service - adapted collection time to my needs - driver kept me informed about his arrival time which was very close to the time texted to me earlier. Driver was very friendly and helpful when loading and delivered car to my (rather hard to find) garage.”

“Told it would be about 1 hour30 mins,I'm 75 was on my own in car,no recovery came after 2 hours,I called again to be told recovery co had put it back 30 minutes,no one has informed me,agent then arranged a different co to come Arba,they were prompt and did the job.”
